Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

Gina’s home was very comfortable, from the cozy couch, well equipped kitchen, to the comfy beds. The floor plan is open, bright and fresh. It’s less than 10 minutes from an HEB and easily accessible to I-35. My family enjoyed staying here, even the four-legged ones.

Looking to get away to relax and enjoy a Beautiful, peaceful quiet getaway Ashley‘s house is just the one for you! We absolutely enjoyed hanging out and creating memories with family! Her house is gorgeous and the back yard is so relaxing!

loved the house just as described very clean, spacious and comfortable has everything we needed and close to town. just slow on communication about getting into the house waited 2 and half hours to get the code for house.

We stayed for two nights in Austin to watch my daughter wrestle at the Longhorn Classic wrestling meet. The home was perfect for what we needed for our stay. There was 5 of us and we all had our own rooms and able to share two full bathrooms. We love to cook a few meals and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, plus an HEB was less than 5 minutes away if we needed to get anything extra. The beds were comfortable and the king size was perfect for myself, my wife and our grandson to sleep in together. We enjoyed the small backyard as we were able to start a fire in the fire pit with plenty of firewood against the back fence. The bathrooms had what we needed for our stay and all the towels and sheets were clean and fresh. We were about 15 mins from UT, so it was easy to get back and forth. Parking was awesome as we had our own side and awning to park our vehicles under and was very well lit with a motion sensor light. Definitely staying here again.

Mahshid was a really great host. Communication was quick and spot on. The house was clean and as described. Great porch to hang out in the evening. The neighborhood is pretty calm and felt safe. Couple things to note: - house itself is next to a quite busy street and bedroom windows are facing it, so mornings might start a bit earlier :) - mattress in one of the bedrooms was really soft and squashy - just something to keep in mind. Overall - recommendations!

Tom's place was walking distance to a bunch of different restaurants and was also a short drive away from downtown or Mueller. The apartment was extremely clean, had everything we needed (including coffee!) and was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you prefer to walk, there's a lot of things to do within 30 min walk of the apartment. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Nice private location. The unit has everything you need. Nice kitchen living room combo. The loft is fine but for those who have limited mobility it would not be appropriate. The bath has a beautiful spa tub for those who love a deep luxurious bubble bath.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place for a family stay. We enjoyed walks along nearby Shoal Creek and the easy access to downtown. Rachel's place was really peaceful and well appointed. Traveling with our baby, we also really enjoyed having a washer-dryer and a well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. The A/C was also awesome - even in March!

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

Do not hesitate! Marylin’s studio is a gem—even better than the photos. Full of charm and well-utilized space and very dog friendly. A very convenient neighborhood and walkable too. As if that all weren’t enough, Marylin is an amazing host. Thoughtful, considerate and communicative. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Elaziels place was amazing. I travel to Austin a lot and this was my first time staying here. I raved all week at how nice the room was and how it fit my needs for the week perfectly.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!
