Smoky Mountain : locations de vacances

Great campground that's well taken care of with surprising amenities. Hard to beat the location right outside City of Rocks for climbing access.

We came to town to visit family but found ourselves not wanting to leave our comfy rooms. It has a feel of a quaint , boutique, hotel Top of our list for airb&bs. We stayed in the Frank and Sage rooms. Sundance accommodated our two families quite nicely with a small foyer between the two rooms. The rooms had a nice layout with more room than a standard hotel. It’s very clean and modern. Big tv. Nice big beds and quality linens. We will definitely be back. Loved it!!

Second time staying in the yurt. City of rocks is one of my favorite places in the world. This makes for a very comfortable and “rustic” stay when the weather is questionable. Kind of a glamping feel. Unlike most yurts I’ve stayed in, you do need to bring everything to cook, including pots pan and utensils. But I knew that going into it and was well prepared. I also missed the word, burning stove for nostalgic reasons , but the gas heater kept us plenty warm and we did not have to get up to feed the fire through the night. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was an amazing trip. The place was a great base camp for all our activities. The bed was amazing and all the appliances were new. The bathroom was very large and clean. We brought two dogs and they were very accommodating. Overall I would highly recommend this place and these hosts are the best that you could ask for. It’s in the middle of nowhere so it was peaceful and quiet.

We had such a great time at the president’s cottage! With 4 different families and rooms for the kids as well it was perfect for us to get together. So much room and such a great location. There is a great pizza place next to the house and coffee hut just next to the house as well. We would definitely stay again.

Hosts super considerate and friendly. The best part was since I was the only guest there, I could close the gate and play ball with my doggy after a long car ride. Felt very safe and secure; just enjoyed sitting out in the yard and admiring the flowers and sundown. Will definitely come again if I'm ever driving through that way again :D!

Dennis and Barbara were very accommodating. I was in town to ride Pomerelle Mountain. This is a great to spend a night or even a few if you have business or activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again!
