Great time and excellent place to stay

I was in town for a workshop at Scarritt Bennett Center and I wanted a place in walking distance to that as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It also had to have easy parking, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom, and be clean and comfortable. This cottage fit the bill on all counts and lived up to the description. It has two bedrooms/bathrooms. I only needed one, but it was still affordable. I especially love that it is stand alone, so there are no noises from neighbors above, below, or on the other side of a wall. Very quiet! There are lots of windows to let in natural light when I wanted it and also good shades for privacy. I visited when the weather was cold and can vouch for the effectiveness of the heating system. I don’t know how it is in the hotter months. David’s communications were clear and friendly. I didn’t have any issues that required attention while I was there. I’d definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here! This home is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. We were very comfortable, and the keypad access was easy. The host provided some bottled water and tasty snacks. The checkout process was super easy as well. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

What originally was going to be a quick 2 night getaway for my husband and I, quickly turned into a week long family vacation after we stumbled upon this listing. This home was even more perfect than any of us had anticipated for our week away with our 3 kids (8,11, and 13) along with their 75 year old grandmother. It was our first time to TN and we enjoyed every second. We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities offered and cleanliness of the home. We spent time at the pool, the hot tub, the kids were able to kayak, they used the trampoline daily, and we had several visits from the most adorable and sweet dogs that we all fell in love with. The home is well stocked with everything we needed and more. There were many evenings spent playing games and all 3 kids had a blast sleeping in the loft area. The drive to Nashville was manageable allowing us time to explore all that the city had to offer. Hoping we can stay again in the future.

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Joseph’s place was by far one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. The house was cozy, had so much charm and big enough for our family to spread out. This home was the best equipped house. They had everything!! The extra towels and blankets were nice. All the beds were comfortable and we all felt at home. There are several restaurant options close enough to walk to and the location is central to most everything in Nashville. We felt very safe and the home was clean.

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

We had a great overnight stay at Donna & Randy's! Their place was quiet and cozy with everything we needed and more. We especially loved the fireplace and heated bathroom floor. Lots of great, thoughtful touches. Thanks Donna & Randy!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Had an awesome time at Lindseys place! check in instructions were very clear and the pictures with annotations made it easy and straightforward. The unit is beautiful and the view was pretty nice. Floor to ceiling windows. the couch and bed were super soft and comfortable. There was a tornado warning during our stay and we could hear the sirens but we felt very safe despite the chaos outside. Will definitely come back!

Christian was great to do with and we would go back and stay at same place for sure.

This was our first long term rental, so we were a little concerned about getting “stuck” at an Airbnb that wasn’t what we were expecting. All our questions we had before booking were answered. We felt very welcome, but were also given as much privacy as we wished. If we ever need to stay in the area again we would make this listing our first choice.

This was such a beautiful location! Scott was super helpful and responsive. Would stay again!
