Snæfellsbær : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Die Unterkunft auf dem Hof Storikambur hat uns sehr gefallen, ist ohne Mietwagen aber nur sehr schwer zu erreichen, da es absolut ländlich liegt. In der Unterkunft fehlte es uns an Nichts. Der Host hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und in der Unterkunft lag eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Hinweisen und Ausflugstipps bereit. Es gibt auf der Farm viele Islandpferde und die Möglichkeit vergünstigt einen Ausritt zu machen. Lediglich das kleine Waschbecken im Badezimmer mit dem direkt darüberhängenden Spiegelschrank hätte besser gelöst werden können.

We had a really lovely stay at Margret’s place. It was clean and warm and absolutely beautifully decorated - felt very special. The beds were incredibly comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a lot of space for 4 people - a really relaxing end to our holiday. We had one bright day and two wet cloudy ones. No northern lights sadly but it was fun sitting out in the hot tub under a starry sky. We went for a wonderful family beach ride at Stori Kambur which is just 10 minutes east. In the afternoon we walked to Hellnar along the coast and saw lots of humpback whales. One even breached right out of the water. Take binoculars! Sunset near the light house was gorgeous. Everything is very close by on the peninsula so it was easy to see a lot. On our last morning we drove up to the north coast and took a whale watching tour - we were so lucky to see lots of orcas and another humpback whale. The peninsula is a great place to explore and Margret’s house was a perfect base.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Even though we were not able to go whale watching we saw many light houses , gorges, beaches, and lava fields. This host was so kind and the accommodations were perfect!

WE absolutely LOVED this place. It's very well equipped and very cozy. You should know, that there lives a family with little kids above and it might get louder sometimes, but it didn't bother us, as we spent the whole day outside anyways. Other than that, the absolutely perfect place to stay!

This is a comfortable and homely cottage in an absolutely stunning location. We were never bored of the view. The perfect base to immerse yourself in the nature and beautiful landscape of the Snaefellnes. The dramatic sea cliffs are only 100 m from the door. Great walking along the coast and a birder's paradise. The house has most things you need to pass the time peacefully indoors if the weather closes in. Ingeborg's guidebook is full of useful info. I'll have lasting memories of this place.

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other. It’s an easy walk down to the Arnarstapi to Hellnar trailhead, which was a highlight of our time there, and a quick drive to all the magical sites Snaefellsness has to offer! Home is clean, well appointed, and beds were super comfortable. Would love to stay again - Snaefellsnes and Vignir’s home has been our favorite in Iceland thus far. Thank you!

Very confortable house, perfectly situated to visit the numerous interesting sites of the Snaefellsnes national park. Anarstapi is one of the beautiful site, you are at the heart of the peninsula and at the bottom of the Snaefelljokull. It is peaceful and isolated but not matter (best place for boreal aurora) ! The house is perfect, well equipped and the spa very attractive ! Our best place in Iceland !

The stay is even better than the pictures. The seating area with glasses is very peaceful to sit at. Everything written in the listing is available at the stay, I would love to come back to this place

This has to be one of my most favorite AirBnB rentals! The location was unbelievable - looking out at Kirkufell, the most photographed mountain in Iceland - and with an amazing view to the north for Aurora viewing. The house was perfect for our group of eight (four couples), with a bedroom for each and a bathroom on each level. The kitchen is filled with all you need, and the living area features picture windows and cozy couches, with lots of throw blankets, sheepskins, and pillows available. The outdoor area is unbelievable with a hot tub and sauna facing north, and lots of areas for walking in the hills or on the beach during low tide. While the rental was a little more expensive than we usually pay, we felt it was definitely worth the splurge, and couldn't believe that we had been lucky enough to find it.
