Die Unterkunft auf dem Hof Storikambur hat uns sehr gefallen, ist ohne Mietwagen aber nur sehr schwer zu erreichen, da es absolut ländlich liegt. In der Unterkunft fehlte es uns an Nichts. Der Host hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und in der Unterkunft lag eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Hinweisen und Ausflugstipps bereit. Es gibt auf der Farm viele Islandpferde und die Möglichkeit vergünstigt einen Ausritt zu machen. Lediglich das kleine Waschbecken im Badezimmer mit dem direkt darüberhängenden Spiegelschrank hätte besser gelöst werden können.

Beautiful views in every direction! The home was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, had everything you might need, & Margret was an excellent host! Definitely one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed!

Great place - easy to find, exactly as described, clean and with a view of the harbour. There was a grocery store right across the street which was helpful as we were traveling with a child and wanted to cook our meals. We only stayed one night as we were driving through the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Arnarstapi at Olafur’s cottage. It was our favorite stop of our Icelandic vacation. Olafur was helpful and proactive. He has a lovely cottage that we would highly recommend. It was a great location for us to explore everything on the peninsula. The cottage is clean and comfortable. We even got to see the northern lights while we were there!

WE absolutely LOVED this place. It's very well equipped and very cozy. You should know, that there lives a family with little kids above and it might get louder sometimes, but it didn't bother us, as we spent the whole day outside anyways. Other than that, the absolutely perfect place to stay!

This is a comfortable and homely cottage in an absolutely stunning location. We were never bored of the view. The perfect base to immerse yourself in the nature and beautiful landscape of the Snaefellnes. The dramatic sea cliffs are only 100 m from the door. Great walking along the coast and a birder's paradise. The house has most things you need to pass the time peacefully indoors if the weather closes in. Ingeborg's guidebook is full of useful info. I'll have lasting memories of this place.

I loved this little cabin! Although little is an understatement - I found it very roomy for just two folks. It is well maintained, peaceful, and super clean. It also has anything and everything you need to cook your own meals. Close to a lot of great attractions. I’m so glad I was able to stay here - I felt like I was in a little hideaway and it was rewarding after driving through the mountain in the snow. Radim was also very responsive (we didn’t have any issues, but he was always communicative).

This was hands down the nicest, cosiest Airbnb we've stayed at. Anna Maria was friendly and helpful and her house is fantastic - the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked and then some (the coffee machine was especially fabulous). Our kids enjoyed the puzzles, board games, arts & crafts, movie collection, and space to stretch out and play in the house and yard. You can see the stunning mountains and the sea from the windows and there's tons of beautiful places to see and hike nearby. It was definitely a good idea to buy groceries in Borgarnes on the way to Arnarstapi. We would definitely choose to stay there again!

This until is in a great location to explore the peninsula. There were no towels when we check in, but we messaged and received them a few hours later. The kitchen had everything we needed!!! . We had a wonderful time and liked that there were games and a couch to relax on!!
