Great place to stay. Anytime I had questions for the hosts they always got back to me very fast with helpful information. The penthouse was exactly as described. We loved every minute of our stay.

Loved staying here while visiting my daughter at Whitman College- only 4 minutes away! It snowed the whole time I was there and the walkway was shoveled many times as well as the area around my car. Very clean and cozy! Only feedback would be the TV was difficult to use- the closed captioning was stuck on and blacked out most of the screen. All in all a wonderful place to stay and I’d stay again in the future!

Loved this place!! We came to the area from Salt Lake for the Pendleton Round Up, my 82 year old dad came with us and we wanted to be out of town a little way. This was a spectacular place! Lovely surroundings, amazing living space and friendly hosts! We would love to stay here again! My dad loved the projector TV - he enjoyed watching his daily sumo competition on the life size screen!!

We loved the Studio. It was very cozy with a lot of charm. Judy thought of everything and more. We especially enjoyed the farm fresh eggs and homemade bagels from her son's bakery. Would love to stay longer next time. Lucy

This home was fantastic. Lots of space and very cozy! The hot tub outside overlooks a great view of the local fields and the outdoor space was very enjoyable. The fireplace insert upstairs made a particularly peaceful space for chatting and relaxing. The basement entertainment room space was also a fantastic add on! Surround sound and comfy chairs made it feel very close to a theatre! 10/10, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

I brought my softball team to town for a tournament and stayed in this house! It was absolutely perfect. We were all very comfortable. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone with large groups wanting a comfortable stay!

This house worked great for our family! It’s an easy drive from Idaho Falls Airport, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The game room and spacious yard was perfect for our active kids. Justin was easy to communicate with and helpful. Don’t miss the Cress Creek Trail hike nearby!

This was is an incredible airbnb!! Amazing for dogs & kids! (Most dog friendly place we’ve ever stayed at) Very cozy but also spacious and modern ! Gorgeous bathrooms, beautiful courtyard for dog walks, luxury private clubhouse with all the amenities listed! Host was quick to respond. Our dogs and toddler were never bored with everything it had to offer. Highly recommend

I was absolutely blown away at how nice this place was! The kitchen was definitely one of our favorites! There was every appliance and utilities we could have wanted! And the grocery store was less than a 5 min drive away! The open living area was so convenient and beautiful! The children loved the toys and games as well as an epic movie night in the theater. There was so much things to keep a big group busy and in a relaxed way! The hot springs were about 5 minutes drive down the road and was so much fun for the whole family! This place far exceeded out expectations and was everything and more than we were wanting! Definitely worth every dollar!

Amazing home and location. Took 12 guys on a fun bachelor party trip from San Diego to Boise for a weekend. The home had the perfect amenities to enjoy the large yard, indoor pool/jacuzzi, theatre room to watch sports and a large kitchen. We used the private chef recommended, Katy for a dinner one evening and she made a very memorable meal. Would definitely recommend this property for large groups and outings. It was about 25 minutes from downtown Boise and the airport. Steven was quick and responsive to a few questions we had.

We had the best time bringing our kids and grandkids to lava! The house was perfect and the game and theater rooms kept the kids busy for hours. We loved walking all over town. The house and location were fantastic!

This home has everything and close to everything! The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances! The house was clean and spacious! Loved it! Bed super comfy! Everything we look for! Quick response from owner very helpful to find local places for us to go! Theater system stoped working and they came right over to fix it! Thank you for opening your home!

We had the best stay! The place was perfect for 2-4 people. We had 4 people and it was tight but perfect for what we needed. Mattress was very comfortable. Very clean. Excellent location for our ski week - 25 minute drive from Jackson hole, 10 minute walk to downtown. Very quiet. Host was responsive. We will hopefully come back next year for our ski trip. Price was very fair, would recommend.

The property was immaculate, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The hosts were very quick to communicate and their assistance was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

What a great place. You are a few hundred feet from the main lifts at the base of the mountain. Easy to communicate with them and the place was exactly as they described. Great value and we’d come back anytime!!!

Great condo for our family of 4 with quick easy access to Bald Mountain for skiing. Had everything we needed and was well designed and furnished. We felt right at home!! Easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants and loved the free bus system during the day. Would definitely stay again!

Kristie is best in class as a host. She has paid attention to a lot of small details like hand lotion, Keurig pods for coffee, enough dishes, cups, silverware and and toiletries. Also, the studio is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Loved the thorough instructions too. This is where we will stay when we return to Sun Valley someday if Kristie is still renting it out. Five star for sure!
