Have stayed at this place 4 times now and find it a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay in Crackenback at the cottage - the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space for the whole family. The outlook over the fields was amazing with horses, kangaroos and deer to keep us all entertained. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and we especially enjoyed the Wild Brumby distillery just a few minutes away. The only downside was the proximity of the separate studio which meant we could hear everything from the family of 3 staying there with two very large dogs.

Great ski base in a cosy and enjoyable environment. Well designed space with everything you’ll need.

What a beautiful, quiet place with expansive views of the lake, a surprise wombat for a neighbour and even cute tadpoles in the fish pond. We loved our stay but sadly we didn't have any time to use the spa (there's a spa!). The coffee machine was a nice touch and got plenty of use. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I will definitely be back again! This place is absolutely stunning and in such a perfect location next to the river. The chairlifts to the Mt Kosciusko hike is just a 2 min walk away and there was a beautiful river side walk right outside the airbnb!! Very beautiful location and a gorgeous little home.

Well appointed, toasty warm and beautifully styled. Great to be able to bring our dog but surrounds not fenced so not quite as relaxing as it could have been. Delish dinner and granola, thanks Warren. Snow on our last day was magical. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Dianne was a great host, very easy to chat with and accommodating with out needs. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Olivier always responds quickly to our questions. Easy communication. He gave a quick instructions on how to use the cabin when we arrived so a recommendation is to update your ETA with him. Though the place does not have aircon or heater, the cabin is hydronically heated and keeps the room temp warm even in cold winter. No need to worry about feeling cold indoor at all. The cabin is well-designed to be environmental friendly. We are glad to stay at a place like this. Highly recommended!!! The cabin is 20mins away from Jindabyne and about 40mins to the Perisher Valley. You can stop by Jindabyne for food/supplies, and all ski related rental stuff.

Really nice spot away from the Jindy crowds. Second time we’ve stayed here. If you’re looking for something rural and rustic this is a great choice.

We loved staying at the farm and for sure will come back again. The owners were super lovely and helpful. The cabin was lovely to be in, the view was beautiful. Thank you Brendan and Hayley.

Great place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen with everything you can imagine. Very warm with great open fire and slow combustion heater. Heaps of games , pool table converts to table tennis table and darts board. Very convenient to both Perisher valley via ski tube, and thredbo for great father/son ski weekend.

Prudence and Craig were wonderful and welcoming. The grounds were full of wildlife and walking along their trails were beautiful. Location was great distance between Jindy and Thredbo. Our dogs loved it too!

Our 3 night stay at Maureen's Place was great. Everything we needed was there. We loved spending the mornings in the sun room out the back. Definitely recommend this accommodation for an Adaminaby stay.

A really cool and unusual space for the family to chill. Has everything you needWe enjoyed the books, art and artefacts.Nice areas for people to do their own thing and big room great for eating and spending time together. Great base for discovering the Koziosko National Park!

Super nice views of the lake, only 7-8 mins into the nearest town and close to Selwyn snowfields (which is why I chose to stay here). Careful driving in/out early/late at night, LOTS of animals on the roads (cool for my passengers!). Was provided a free loaf of super nice sourdough bread upon arrival (which I enjoyed!) The house was warm, and the host offered to restock the wood fire each day (it was winter) and it was lovely coming back to a super warm/toasty place. Beds were comfortable, although one of the 'rooms' is just a corner with a curtain so not super private but for a family it's fine. Host was super responsive and helpful. No wifi, which is described in the listing - but I had 0 Vodafone reception (Telstra was OK) so if this is important to you you should consider this. This did give my kids a chance to experience using a DVD player for the first time in their life! haha (great choice of movies). Would stay here again.

The apartment had everything needed for a really comfortable mini break. It was easy to access and also quiet and private, lovely view and in an amazing location - the lake is straight out the front and easy, walkable access to town/shops. Renata was a great communicator, thanks so much.

The place is absolutely wonderful! Our family had an incredibly pleasant stay here. Dave and Diane are both so kind and welcoming. My wife loved the bed, saying it was so comfortable that she fell asleep almost instantly. The kids were thrilled to be here, especially with the kangaroos 🦘 and alpacas 🦙. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this place to our friends!

Best place to stay. Over looking the beautiful lake. Clean warm and well appointed. Centrally located to shops with undercover parking for easy access. Loved it

The Retreat occupies part of a building which includes a few other accommodations, although it has its own access and garage, so feels relatively private. Good quality accommodation in a nice location.
