Large house perfect for family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom, also plenty of seating around the dining room table and many indoor and outdoor gathering areas! Kitchen is well equipped for making family dinners…. Basement ideal for hanging out, playing games and watching sports on the big screen. Exactly what we were looking for!

This house was the perfect spot to host my friends and family for my birthday weekend! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The space comfortably fit our large group with plenty of beds for everyone. We especially loved the themed rooms - the tour bus loft beds were a huge hit! The house is full of character and perfect photo opportunities, from the beautiful mural to the creative vinyl record wall. Location couldn't have been better - we walked to several great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and Broadway was just a quick Lyft ride away. The parking situation was a breeze with the convenient lot in the back, though we noticed street parking was readily available too. The outdoor space was fantastic for morning coffee/smoke breaks and evening gatherings by the fire. Overall, this place made my birthday celebration truly special. Highly recommend for any group looking for a fun, convenient place to stay!​​​​​

Penny is an excellent host! This little getaway is super cozy and the perfect place to spend some time for yourself. I love the bed and room darkening curtains and the water pressure in the shower is amazing 😊 Penny was super responsive and helped me iron out some issues with my booking due to my being a total mess and overlooking something. She was flexible and really helped make it the perfect stay. Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much, Penny! Side note- lots of adorable little kitties to see on the front porch if you’re out at night 🥰

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. You could not ask for a better host or a more perfectly appointed place to lay your head. The kitchen is spectacular. The beds are comfortable. The living room is welcoming and the screened in porch is truly exceptional. You cannot pick a better place to stay and you’re so close to a Trader Joe’s and shopping that you can get anything you need. AND the bluebird Café and so many other great things are a quick ride away. It’s really easy to get a Lyft or an Uber, so don’t be afraid to stay here and head downtown!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

Ethan was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The house was very clean upon check in. The location of the house is great - about 10 mins away from broadway so it makes getting an uber/lyft easy. We had a great time!!

Everything was amazing. Not too far from activities. Easily accessible right off the highway. Place was clean, organized and very homey. We had 6 guests stay there and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Margaret was a great,speedy,responsive host.The home really felt like home away from home,very suitable for us all.I love that everything was just as picture.I wish I could include a picture of how clean the jacuzzi was.Overall our stay was perfect and host was amazing.We would definitely book again if we’re in Nashville

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Excellent Stay - five minute walk to Broadway. Super clean, easy to access and very nice corner apartment. I would recommend.

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Zach was amazing and so was his place! We absolutely loved it and how close it was to Broadway. Would absolutely stay here again.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

It was great. My wife and I enjoyed the bed so much that we would like to know that make and model.

Jaimie is an excellent host, goes above and beyond. I felt right at home, the cabin was simply darling, and it’s clear she’s thought of everything. As a single traveling female with my dog, I couldn’t have felt more safe and cozy! I loved how quiet and serene it was. I brought food with me so that I could cook/bake without having to leave. The eggs were such a sweet touch, especially in this economy ;) thanks again! I’d love to visit again.

This place is awesome. My only wish was we had more time here. In town for a HS baseball tournament and the team was staying at a house near by. Late check in early check out. Its rustic, but clean and has everytrhing you need. Cool decorations, and some neat history and quotes on the walls. Shower and bathroom were great, kitchen has what you need, including a little coffee bar. Stuart suggested returning with some more time to just sit on the front porch and listen. Thats great advice. I really hope to do that soon. If you are traveling to Nashville or surrounding areas that are busy, do yourself a favor and plan a few nights here and relax a little.

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

Loved my stay here! The cutest, coziest cabin in a beautiful location. House and property was clean and so accommodating. Hosts were amazing. Extremely quick and friendly replies and made my stay so easy and comforting.

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We made a lot of memories at the cabin! It’s perfect for a family retreat. Room for 7 people comfortably.
