We loved our stay! Comfortable accommodations and the location was perfect! Amanda was responsive and helpful!

Carolyn was incredibly informative and kept in touch every day with helpful updates. Although there was a minor tornado scare (which, of course, had nothing to do with Carolyn), I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay at Carolyn’s place again. The home was quiet and very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. I especially recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast!

Great spot! Very walkable to broadway but far enough way to be extremely quiet. The area is so trendy with little shops and spots to grab a bite. Recommend for sure!

Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

Very comfortable carriage house in a nice neighborhood and an easy drive or Uber into Nashville. Bill and Debbie are great hosts to work with. Highly recommend.

Loft with a really great location, very near Broadway!

Skip and Linda have a fantastic property that matches the description and pictures. On top of that, Linda keeps the property in better condition than most hotels I've stayed at. Extremely clean, stocked with plenty of coffee, and has great amenities to include an awesome projector for movie nights. The location was great too! Peaceful spot in Germantown that was close to local spots for food and drink as well as an easy walk or Uber to Broadway or other spots you might want to go. Can't recommend the property enough to anyone looking for a getaway in Nashville!

The place is close to all the happenings and it’s easy to commute. The gym is cool too with the rock climbing wall.

Very happy with the location, tucked away to the side so that it’s quiet but still so close to all the fun! Samira was a great host! She was always very quick to respond and answered all questions and concerns!

Nicole's loft was very beautiful. The bed was so nice and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities. The location was perfect for us. We didn't want to stay downtown, but didn't want to be too far away. This was ideal. Would stay again!!!!! Thanks-you! Peggy

This location was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Easily walkable 1.5 miles to downtown where the bars and honky-tonks are clustered, but bear in mind it is a hilly walk, so it takes more effort than the mileage suggests. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries about their place and suggestions in the area. They were very kind and accommodating.

This loft is incredible! We were in awe the moment we stepped in until the moment we left. Beautiful accommodations, so many amenities and the perfect location. They really thought of everything. Staci was the perfect host. Thank you Pilcher for making our first time in Nashville an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place for a quick getaway. The space was beautiful and we'll taken care of. We would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants, but it is quite loud. There’s a lot of street traffic - both cars and people. We did ask to switch to the quieter side of the building before our stay too. We thought the apartment was clean and nice! The host was always responsive. It was easy to park and get in and out of the building. The balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable! We would recommend staying here and would bring some ear plugs for sleeping just to be safe. It’s a really cute place!
