The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Besitzerin hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war unterstützend. So hat sie uns etwa innert 15 Minuten eine Waschlösung zur Verfügung gestellt sie wir die Waschmaschine nutzen wollten. Die Lage am See ist schön und ruhig. Nach einer langen Tag in Hanois Altstadt mit müden Füssen war die Wohnung etwas abgelegen um zu Fuss zurück zu gelangen.

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Super central location, you’ll walk everywhere! Loved the roof terrace. Clean and tidy place, would highly recommend.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

This host communicated quickly and easily. The only issue i had was incorrect keycode on instructions. Also it may benefit some people to know you have to go down a dark ally to get to the door. Everyone was friendly though and there is a guard close by that was very helpful and kind. We felt very safe and even in the ally I would have been happy to share a beer with anyone I met there. Very kind people everywhere in Vietnam and this neighborhood was another lovely example of that. The park close by is unmissable, lovely at night and beautiful all hours. If you have the people to stay here I recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host Linh & Thang was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for the four of us. Having a washing machine and dryer was such a bonus, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay! This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.

Our overall stay at Tuân’s was great. The helper was prompt with her cleaning and helped us out whenever we needed anything. The location is away from the hustle of the city and is quiet. It definitely has an incredible view.
