We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's home! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Bear Lake, yet peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The house itself is incredibly spacious and easily accommodated our group of three families with plenty of room to spare. The yard was a highlight, with many outdoor activities keeping the kids entertained for hours. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend!

Our first two me using Airbnb and we definitely chose the right place!! Very clean and comfortable 🥰 It was like a home away from home. The owners did a great job with this one! The communication was very good and it was obvious that had we needed anything we would have been taken care of right away. Of course the place was perfect so nothing extra was needed 🥰

We had a great time at this lava getaway!! It was beautiful and clean and close to lava to enjoy all the activities! We would definitely stay here again

I was with a group of women for a women's retreat, the space was perfect for our purpose, spacious and bright environments, the view of the lake is simply sensational, in short we loved it and want to go back

Karlene's place was lovely. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable including the beds. Easy to find with Google maps, just outside of town. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need a kitchen; it was perfect for our needs.

Shane is an excellent host and his space was excellent ! We really appreciated our stay and he really supported us with directions to get to the home. The space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Lots of positive things about this place. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathtub was large. The decor was cute and the kitchen well outfitted. It suited our party of seven very comfortably. We loved the back porch seating area too! We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Couple of things that were hard for our group: we had 3 people with chronic pain and limited mobility and the stairs are rather steep, so that was a challenge. There is only one bathroom and seven of us, so that required some coordination. I thought the listing said 2 bathrooms but I was mistaken. There are some spices (the basics) but if you're doing a lot of cooking I suggest you bring your own. Also, there was literally nothing in the fridge so if you need things like condiments or butter, etc bring it with you. I honestly didn't think of those things so that's on me.

What a wonderful cottage and wonderful host. We arrived at midnight in a snowstorm and Janna was very kind to help us over the phone to get the door code figured out. It’s always hard to get the door to open during a snowstorm at midnight! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hosts are very responsive and so kind! They were able to work out a late check out with us and we’re so nice about it! I did hear the train in the morning but I sleep pretty heavy and didn’t hear it in the night! Such a pretty and spacious house definitely right for the price!
