Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Fridfullt nyrenoverat hus med gammaldags charm. 2 separata sovrum, vardagsrum och kök - Totalt 72 kvadratmeter. Wi-Fi, lakan och handdukar ingår, liksom städning. Avskilt läge utan insyn längst in på tomten av en stor lummig trädgård med en egen upphöjd del av trädgården med gräsmatta vid huset, med grill och en liten uteplats under tak. Huset ligger i ett gammalt villaområde med gångväg till affärer och restauranger. Åby ligger nära både Norrköping, Kolmårdens djurpark, sjöar, skog och havet.

New Renovated close to Kolmården's zoo,

10 km north of Norrköping . Proximity to, Kolmården zoo, Astrid Lindgrens Värld ca 12 mil, bathing lakes, fishing (boat, kayaks available) hiking & cycling trails, Yxbacken (Skis). The cottage there is a bedroom with a doublebed & sofa bed for 2 people in the livingroom. There is additional room for 2p in the guesthouse. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & washing tv, wifi. Patio with outdoor furniture & grill. Large lot. Verry child friendly. Bed linen & towels SEK 200/person

Bästa kombon för lugn & ro och aktiviteter!

Härlig familjeplats, öppna ytor med utsikt över 1700-talskvarn. Välutrustat kök, ett paradis för matlagning! Bastu och tillgång till liten badplats, roddbåt och 4 kanoter (Kanadensare). Stor altan, 2 grillar. Liten fotbollsplan med 2 mål. Stor studsmatta (utan nät), pingisbord, närhet till bär- och svampskog. 5 km till golfbana, möjlighet låna golfklubbor, 2 pers. Wifi. Två TV-hörnor. En garageplats med ladd-stolpe. Vill ni lära er laga Warbro Kvarn-mat? Säg till så skickar jag offert!

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Lantligt och naturnära boende

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Här bor du på landet med djur och natur nära inpå knuten. Huset ligger på vår gård och på gården finns får. grisar och höns.. Huset är nyrenoverat med 3 stora sovrum på övervåningen. på bottenvåningen finns ett nyrenoverat kök, stort badrum samt tv-rum. Huset har vacker utsikt över böljande fält och en stor trädgård med uteplats under tak. 5 minuters bilväg ner till Söderköping och 20 minuter till Norrköping.

Holiday home close to beautiful lake

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Idylliskt läge nära vattnet och Stockholm City

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

Location is perfect if you are looking for the place to rest in the nature and charge your batteries, but at the same time, very near the city nightlife, Kolmården Zoo or the lake(s), if you should prefer fishing instead 🎏 See you!
