loved my time there! was nice and cozy and when I meet the host she was super nice. I noticed they see still renovating the house so had a bit of that feel to it but was a nice place non the less

Easy check-in and clear information about the arrival process. The contact person is very nice and responds very quickly. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped. The bed is also comfortable. However, there is no proper garden—just a shared courtyard that was unfortunately dirty, with dog waste. The location is excellent. You can reach everything on foot, and it is very easy to access with plenty of public transport options. In general, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the city.

Чудесно място за престой, в центъра на София. Близо до спирки за обществен транспорт и магазинчета. Чисто и уютно, много отзивчив домакин, ясни инструкции. Тихо и спокойно място, за нас беше удоволствие да сме ваши гости. Благодарим за кафето 💖 Препоръчваме с две ръце!!!

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Good stay. Everything as described and as in the pictures. It was a friendly and helpful contact with Emil. It is an apartment where you can feel comfortable in. Very clean. Just a short note as it may be important to someone: there is no power outlet in the bathroom or nearby (but everywhere else there is).

Nous n'étions que 5 personnes pour 8 chambres, mais nous avons apprécié le nombre de salles de bains, la table et les chaises dans la cour, le quartier et les différents transports à proximité...

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city! Even though it is at a central place actually it is quite nice and quiet and you can feel right at home. Very clean, very cosy and has everything you might need to feel comfortable. Emma is super nice and positive, gave clear instructions and I am recommending highly both her as a host but also the apartment! Would definitely come back :)

Highly recommend Maria's wonderful apartment. The room sizes, the location, cleanliness - everything you could need. Maria is always very swift to respond and very clear. I can see why she is a Superhost. Will definitely try to stay there again if it's available!!

Бяхме очаровани от местенцето. Една от вечерите решихме дори да не излизаме, а да хапнем там. Почувствахме го наистина като вкъщи. Благодарим за гостоприемството. При следващи посещения непременно пак ще потърсим възможност за престой там!

This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve been staying in. Everything was great and there was absolutely everything needed in the flat. The host is great and was very responsive when we had questions. It was a really nice stay and I will book here again for sure when I will come to Sofia! The location is really great, around the embassies so it’s quiet and clean, but still there is many good restaurants around, the subway is also nearby and practical. The view from the flat is great, you are in the center but it doesn’t feel like it inside the flat because you have a wide view and a river down the flat. There is no direct view on neighbors / other buildings from the flat, and this is great and not common for the center.

I spent a week with my family during new year's week. We had an amazing time in Tsvetelina's place. The views from all the terraces and balconies were amazing. Its close proximity to highway to Borovets was only a few minutes away. There is so much space in the apartment, it was perfect for a family of six. Coming back daily from a day of skiing at Borovets was well complemented with the spacious jacuzzi, I personally recomend this place.

This apartment was perfect for our 11 night stay. I’m travelling with my dog and it’s a very pet friendly neighbourhood with gardens and parkland to roam. We have a bit of extra baggage so the third floor walk up gave us a workout but not too strenuous. Parking was easy to find out front. The apartment is warm and comfortable and has everything you could need. It’s a nice place to relax in. I highly recommend it.

L'apartament és molt bonic i espaiós. la ubicació immillorable. Molt tranquil i amb molts serveis a peu de carrer. Necessita una mica de manteniment en alguns xicotets detalls, però en general està molt bé. Tal vegada a la cuina li falten accessoris per a cuinar i de menage, encara que disposa de molts aparells o robots de cuina com bollidors d'aigua i cafeteres. Li faltaven plats, gots, ganivets i altres aparells menors necessaris per a poder cuinar un mateix amb comoditat. Nina molt atenta, servicial i simpàtica. Llevat de quatre xicotets detalls, l'apartament és perfecte per a una família amb xiquets i la calefacció fa que pugues gaudir a l'hivern.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Amazing apartment, so confortable and with amazing views. Everything in the flat is new and perfectly clean. Great beds for a food rest. The owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We 200% recomend this flat.

It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for both short and long stays, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that make it feel like home. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into designing and furnishing the space, making it both functional and inviting. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus, especially in a city like Sofia. The location is also fantastic—quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to everything. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. But what truly made this stay special were Nikol and Maya From the start, they were kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Their check-in instructions were clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Even when I caused a small issue, they were nothing but professional and understanding which was appreciated
