Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

We booked Rumi’s place as a group of 14 for a stag do, knowing it was a 1-star property—and that’s exactly what we got, which was perfect for our needs! The house had plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, and was in a great location within walking distance to the city centre. Rumi provided clean towels, which we appreciated, and she was a great host—friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. The listing pictures are very accurate, so no surprises when you arrive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Sofia. Thanks again, Rumi!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Nice cozy apartment in a good location. Close to metro station and shopping mall, which was very convenient. The space is a bit tight for a family of four, but overall good value for money. Has all the basic amenities needed for a stay.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Много хубав апартамент. Удобен за публичен транспорт (автобус 310 спира пред блока). Близо до магазин Кауфланд. Симона беше много любезна и отзивчива! Задължително ще се върнем там следващият път когато сме в София. Very nice apartment. Convenient for public transport (bus 310 stops in front of the building). Close to Kaufland store. Great location, so close to the metro and all of Sofia is easily reachable- the bus and train station as well are incredibly close to the apartment. The apartment is incredibly clean and perfect for a few nights. The wifi worked great and we could have not asked for more. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped enough for a few nights, more than I was expecting. The building itself is still under renovation but this did not take anything away from the apartment and did not bother us whatsoever. Would 100% recommend and will be back when in Sofia.

Terry’s place is very convenient from the airport. The exterior looks rough but the interior is newer; address is challenging. The unit has what you need for a short stay in Sofia. Terry was super responsive and even checked in with us to make sure everything was good at our 2am checkin. Overall, I would recommend!

The apartment was just as pictured – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It's in a great location with plenty of parking spaces around. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Kolay bulunan bir noktadaydı. Ev son derece düzenli ve temizdi. Ev sahibinin ilgisi güzeldi. Sayfada belirtilen olanaklar tam olarak doğruydu.Güzel bir deneyimdi ve keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak şehrin kalbine ve gezilecek yerlere 25 dakika civarında bir yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Otobüs ile de inilebilir ama biz yürümeyi tercih ettik. Çok yakınında alışveriş yapabileceğimiz bir zincir market şubesinin bulunması, evde kalınan süredeki yiyecek ve sair ihtiyaçların karşılanmasında büyük kolaylık sağladı. Özel otopark, bina kompleksinin iç avlusunda yer almaktadır. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Мария е много любезен домакин, посрещна ме лично , което за мен е допълнително удобство. Апартаментът отговаря напълно на описанието и има всичко налично за един комфортен престой в София. Благодаря за гостоприемството! Бих наела апартамента отново при следващи пътувания. Препоръчвам!

L'apartament és molt bonic i espaiós. la ubicació immillorable. Molt tranquil i amb molts serveis a peu de carrer. Necessita una mica de manteniment en alguns xicotets detalls, però en general està molt bé. Tal vegada a la cuina li falten accessoris per a cuinar i de menage, encara que disposa de molts aparells o robots de cuina com bollidors d'aigua i cafeteres. Li faltaven plats, gots, ganivets i altres aparells menors necessaris per a poder cuinar un mateix amb comoditat. Nina molt atenta, servicial i simpàtica. Llevat de quatre xicotets detalls, l'apartament és perfecte per a una família amb xiquets i la calefacció fa que pugues gaudir a l'hivern.

Great stay! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and ideally located near the city center. The host was quick to respond to any questions, making our visit even easier. Highly recommend!

Petar was a great and responsive host, we felt right at home, despite the short stay we needed. I’ll happily visit again when I’m in Sofia.
