Hidden gem of Sofia! Enjoyed the stay a lot! The only thing that dishwasher had not worked for all 10 days and it was not fixed, one handyman came once but he was not able to fix the issue. I’ve bought the salt for dishwasher + asked to fix the issue faster, because this kitchen is truly dependent on a dishwasher ( no place to dry plates, etc.) . it seems that this flat is owned by some company and everything is done really slowly except answers in the app itself. But still even without dishwasher this flat is totally worth the price, so 5/5, but could have been 6/5😂

El apartamento estaba impecable y muy ordenado. Tuvimos agua caliente, utensilios de cocina, internet wifi de alta velocidad, cerca del centro y de la estación del metro. Todo estuvo perfecto no tuvimos ningún problema durante nuestra estancia.

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho, muy cómodo y estratégico para visitar la ciudad de Sofía. La decoración del apartamento muy bonita. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente. Gracias.

Magic central house, warm and cozy

A cozy retro-style apartment in Sofia. Nice area, in the apartment it's totally quiet 24h a day which I highly appreciated. Close proximity to supermarkets, tram/metro station, cafes. Walking distance to Sofia's main sights. The place is spacious and perfect for two people, maybe up to 3. AC works well for heating, kitchen is functional however not suitable for more than basic cooking (no sharp knife, no grater, no blender). The bed is good, bathroom basic but good enough. All in all a good value for money.

Cozy good location flat

Dimitar is a great host! Friendly and quick in response. Provided loads of valuable info about nearby places. The apartment is close to US embassy and 3-4 metro stations away from the city center. There are parks and malls in walking distance. Couple of nice restaurants as well. 1 bedroom apartment with all you need for a quiet feel-like-home stay. Amenities are in order. Kitchen is equipped. Though WiFi could have been better. Easy to check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Relax on the Balcony at a Colorful City Haven

I loved staying at Mila's apartment. It was clean, it had everything I needed to feel home away from home. It's in a great location with amazing views. Near the metro, grocery and convenience stores almost at your doorstep. Lots of restaurants and 7 minutes away from the theatre district on foot. In fact I loved it so much that I wanted to book it again in the fall. However, it was not available and I booked another one of her apartments. Mila was a great host and always responded very quickly.

We were very comfortable in this cozy, well organized and very clean flat. There is everything you need and the kitchen is well equipted. The location is great; shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, coffee places, clubs, parks, public transportation.. all in walking distance! The hosts are very helpful and super-nice! We appreciate a lot, that they let us storage our bicycles in the garage. We would appreciate a bit thicker mattresses and curtains, but this is really not a big deal. We would totally stay there again!!

Julian has been a great host! Always super attentive and responsive. The flat itself is absolutely lovely. Located in a new, secure building. It's really cozy, modernly furnished. We had a great sleep, the sheets were soft and clean. There's free parking around, so we were able to find a spot on the street right next to the building. Overall, our experience was excellent, we would definitely stay here again.

Schöne und großzügig ausgestattete Unterkunft im Zentrum von Sofia. Größe eignet sich sehr gut für Gruppen von 5 oder 6 Personen, da man vor allem durch die 2 getrennten Badezimmer viel Zeit am Morgen sparen kann. Hauptstraße gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauberkeit 4,5 / 5. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Team, zeitlich flexibles Ein-und Auschecken, da über die externen Schlüsselkästen kein persönlicher Kontakt für die Schlüsselübergabe notwendig ist.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.
