The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Много хубав апартамент. Удобен за публичен транспорт (автобус 310 спира пред блока). Близо до магазин Кауфланд. Симона беше много любезна и отзивчива! Задължително ще се върнем там следващият път когато сме в София. Very nice apartment. Convenient for public transport (bus 310 stops in front of the building). Close to Kaufland store. Simona was very kind and responsive! We will definitely come back there next time we are in Sofia.

Great host, always responsive, place is nice inside and outside, inside parking for several cars, big living room with fireplace and cosy terrace

Мне очень понравились. Чувствовал себя, как дома. Отличное расположение, все рядом (супермаркеты, торговый центр, рестораны, кафе, парк и т.д). Однозначно "Like"

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!
