Апартаментът беше точно както в описанието, много чисто и с всичко необходимо. Намира се близо до метрото на Мусагеница (около 5 мин пеша), има безплатни паркоместа пред сградата. Комуникацията с Огнян беше много добра, бързи и точни отговори. Като цяло сме много доволни и бихме дошли с удовоствие отново.

Много лесна комуникация с домакина. Локацията е топ! Много тихо, сутрин те посреща красивият изгрев със страхотна гледка от високо. Чист вход, апартамента е много голям и обзаведен напълно достатъчно за нашият 30 дневен престой. Благодарим

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Lovely people, cozy place.

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Good stay. Everything as described and as in the pictures. It was a friendly and helpful contact with Emil. It is an apartment where you can feel comfortable in. Very clean. Just a short note as it may be important to someone: there is no power outlet in the bathroom or nearby (but everywhere else there is).

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Спокойно студио в сграда с контролиран достъп. Оживен район в района на пазар Димитър Петков и цветната борса, достатъчно магазини, ресторанти и удобен градски транспорт. Студиото е удобно и комфортно, домакините предоставят всичко необходимо, отговаря на снимките. С удоволствие ще посетя отново.

I recommend this home 100%. Plamenka was kind and very accommodating. She helped us with everything we needed. Complete amenities and free food even. The entire home was aesthetically pleasing and sparkling clean. Convenient area with bus/tram stops. There's also an accessible grocery store and fruit shop near it. Thank you so much. Nadia’s place is fantastic. Lots of lights and power outlets. Comfortable floor plan. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from public transit, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, well secured location. I highly recommend Nadia’s place for your next trip to Sofia.

Amazing apartment, so confortable and with amazing views. Everything in the flat is new and perfectly clean. Great beds for a food rest. The owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We 200% recomend this flat.

The appartament is very cosy and comfortable, easy to reach any central place, lots of towels, shits, extra stuff for bathroom, in the kitchen you can find lots of tea and coffee. I was happy to find out the coffee in the kitchen to start my work with good coffee-mood. Thank you for great hospitality and fast responses. I highly recommend this place
