The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Thanks for a great stay!!

Ognian’s apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Ognian was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Sofia!

Апартаментът отговаряше на снимките и описанието. Беше изключително чист и съдържаше всичко необходимо за пребиваването ни. Намира се на тиха и спокойна улица и в същото време, в близост до спирки на автобуси и метростанция. Силно препоръчвам този апартамент!

Επικοινωνιακος οικοδεσπότης με άμεση ανταπόκριση. Πολύ ικανοποιητικές οδηγίες και παροχές για τη τιμή που προσφέρεται το κατάλυμα. Στην καρδιά της πόλης, μια ανάσα μακριά από ένα όμορφο πάρκο.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

very nice appartement, easy check in check out

The location was very central but on a peaceful, cozy street. The apartments are clean and modern designed. The host was prompt in answering. There are two parking lots but they are undergroung and be careful because in our case we couldn't park because we didn't enter in the car elevator due to the size of our car but no worries there are parking lots within the vicinity . Overall our staying was good, cozy and nice and the host was great, we definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is well-maintained and has the required amenities. The property with the garden is perfect for enjoying a breakfast and some coffee outside. The owners are easily reachable and responsive.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment to stay in a few or more nights. All the necessary equipment for a short stay. Clean and calm place for work, Internet was excellent; top location in the downtown of Sofia, near to every sort of amusements and 50m away from the Metro station. Christine the host is very friendly and polite lady, responsive and welcoming. I liked my stay there very much and would love to come back again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay for my husband birthday and we will be returning! Maria even put some balloons and a bottle of fizz in the room as a surprise. Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Great stay!

Мястото е в тих и спокоен квартал, сравнително близо да центъра на града, с добри комуникации. Напълно отговаря на описанието и снимките. Известно неудобство са извършваните в близост ремонти на улицата, но като цяло това не влоши престоя ни. Домакинът - Биляна е много приятен и учтив събеседник, благодарности за отзивчивостта и полезните насоки, които ни предостави за времето на престоя ни! С удоволствие бихме ползвали апартамент "Палмс" при следващи пътувания в гр.София.
