Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

If you search for the cute place in village area this is a incredible spot. Hadas is astonishing host. Hottub it's great but needs to make your hands dirty and if you know how to make fire your stay will be 5 star. For us this place was 11 out of 10 ......

A very fun and cozy place to spend your time in Sofia. It was close to a lot of interesting locations in the center of the city and really close to the metro station. Also there was a small shop a few steps away from it, in case you need something last minute.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

היינו בחופשה משפחתית 6 ימים .הבית גדול ונקי, המטבח מאובזר לחלוטין,בחצר ניתן לעשות על האש.מיקום הנכס מעולה לצורך טיולים רגליים וקרוב מאוד לאתר סקי בורובץ.התקשורת עם בעל הנכס Atanas היתה מצוינת,הגיב מאוד מהר וענה על כל השאלות.מאוד נהנינו בבית הזה ואם פעם נבוא לאזור נשמח להתארח כאן שוב.

Прекрасен апартамент, супер чист, поддържан и просторен. Всичко беше на ниво, има абсолютно всичко нужно като удобства и консумативи за да се почувстваш като у дома си. Със сигурност бихме го посетили отново. Благодарим!

Beautiful, clean, cosy apartment. The communication with Ema was always very quick, helpful and very friendly. We really felt at home :)

Highly recommend Maria's wonderful apartment. The room sizes, the location, cleanliness - everything you could need. Maria is always very swift to respond and very clear. I can see why she is a Superhost. Will definitely try to stay there again if it's available!!

Amazing place and very hospital landlord.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance, including great restaurants and public transport. Kristina was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and we felt right at home during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for the lovely hospitality!

La propietaria es muy amable , me ha dado mucha información,bien explicado,la ubicación está bastante céntrica ,el piso está muy limpio ,ordenado y con buena vista a la ciudad . Recomendable

Мястото е в тих и спокоен квартал, сравнително близо да центъра на града, с добри комуникации. Напълно отговаря на описанието и снимките. Известно неудобство са извършваните в близост ремонти на улицата, но като цяло това не влоши престоя ни. Домакинът - Биляна е много приятен и учтив събеседник, благодарности за отзивчивостта и полезните насоки, които ни предостави за времето на престоя ни! С удоволствие бихме ползвали апартамент "Палмс" при следващи пътувания в гр.София.

I spent a week with my family during new year's week. We had an amazing time in Tsvetelina's place. The views from all the terraces and balconies were amazing. Its close proximity to highway to Borovets was only a few minutes away. There is so much space in the apartment, it was perfect for a family of six. Coming back daily from a day of skiing at Borovets was well complemented with the spacious jacuzzi, I personally recomend this place.

L'apartament és molt bonic i espaiós. la ubicació immillorable. Molt tranquil i amb molts serveis a peu de carrer. Necessita una mica de manteniment en alguns xicotets detalls, però en general està molt bé. Tal vegada a la cuina li falten accessoris per a cuinar i de menage, encara que disposa de molts aparells o robots de cuina com bollidors d'aigua i cafeteres. Li faltaven plats, gots, ganivets i altres aparells menors necessaris per a poder cuinar un mateix amb comoditat. Nina molt atenta, servicial i simpàtica. Llevat de quatre xicotets detalls, l'apartament és perfecte per a una família amb xiquets i la calefacció fa que pugues gaudir a l'hivern.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Amazing apartment, so confortable and with amazing views. Everything in the flat is new and perfectly clean. Great beds for a food rest. The owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We 200% recomend this flat.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com a nossa hospedagem. Estivemos em 6 pessoas e a acomodação foi bastante confortável a todos! Bem localizado e fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade ! Acomodação limpa e entrega o prometido no anúncio do Airbnb. Anfitriã sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Tranquilamente recomendo !
