Dimitri's place was quite literally within a few minutes walk of everything. The location was perfect and he was very responsive. I would definitely return.

Oldukça donanımlı bir daireydi. Bodrum kat olması dezavantaj gibi görünse de ışık alan ve en önemlisi serin bir daireydi. Klima olması çok rahatlattı. Hakan bey sorulara hızlı dönüş yaptı ve çözüm odakliydi. teşekkür.

Beautiful place with a great host. The place is great and Nikos helped us with everything to make our stay with two babies very pleasant. You can also rent a car with very good deal.

Evin konumu, manzarası mükemmeldi. Temizlik, konfor vb her konuda çok memnun kaldık. Arabayla her yere ulaşım çok kolay, aracı olmayanlar için zor olabilir. Düğüne katılacağımız için kıyafet değiştireceğimizden evde son gün akşam 6ya kadar kalmamız gerekiyordu, Su hanıma geç çıkma konusunda bize ekstra yardımcı olduğu için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut ve yeterli. Ev sahibi giriş günümüzde ihtiyaç duyacağımız ekmek kahve vs yiyecekleri ve yöresel şarabı da ikram olarak hazırlamıştı çok güzel bir jest bizleri mutlu etti. Ev denize çok yakın ve çevredeki Cafeler ve restoranlar da yeme içme ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor torunum ve kızımla muhteşem bir tatil yaptık. Her yıl tatilimizi burada geçirmeyi planlıyoruz. Kesinlikle önereceğimiz bir ev…

What an amazing view that the apartment have… We had 4 perfect days with peaceful environment and sea which is just 20 steps far from home entrance. Hope to see you again Psili Ammos and the Chris’s lovely flat :)

Neresinden başlayacağımı bilmiyorum. Derya Hanım sürekli yolculuğumuzdan itibaren bizimle iletişimdeydi. Mail ile Kuşadası hakkında bilgilendirmesini bile yaptı. Kendisi lokasyonda olmasa bile ev ile ilgilenen Zeynel Bey çok memnun etti bizi. Bize ev konumu atarken videolu tarif bile attı. Bizi karşıladı ve gerekli her şeyi anlattı. Önce bi evi gezdim eşyalar ve ev tertemizdi. Otel odasındaki bez terliklerden havlulara her şey tamdı. Otel odası değildi ama daha fazla titiz bir çalışma vardı. Dolabı açtım biradan su ya kadar her şey diziliydi. Tekne turları afişleri, Safari turları vs. tüm eğlence be spor aktivitelerine dair broşürler mevcuttu. Görüşlerimiz için defter mevcuttu çok güzel bu. Ona yazamadık biraz acele ile çıktık. Her şey ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş muhteşem bir tatil oldu bizler için. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο και ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνούσε άμεσα. Ηταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Atakan beyin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Ev merkezi bir yerde, son derece temiz ve bütün ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak şekilde. Güzel bir deneyimdi tavsiye ederim.

This was an outstanding location with well thought out amenities and a gorgeous elevated deck with terrific views of the ocean. Voula and her sister Eva could not have been more responsive and helpful to any questions or special requests we had. We have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable Airbnb experience. Thank you Voula and Eva; we can’t wait until we return.

Difícil descriure uns dels millors Airbnb de Grècia....Un recés de pau i assossec, flors , plantes, harmonia, història, etnografia.....Se sens l'ànima del lloc, acollidor, absolutament net, indiscreptiblement tranquil...amb un fort caràcter a Lili...la Gran amfitriona que ha creat aquest petit paradís a 20 minuts a peu per un camí de mula al fascinant poble de Mitilini farcit de comerç local, restaurants, botigues de queviures, de màgia grega!!!! 1 setmana no és suficient per assaborir el lloc...i tampoc és suficient per descobrir la magnitud humana de Lyli. Bellavista hauria de ser Villa Lyli.....la gran obra d'art de Samos

Daire, Kokkari deniz kenarında sıralanan restoranların hemen dibinde bulunuyor. Evin konumu vakit geçirmek için mükemmel yerde diyebiliriz. Biz araba kiralayıp bulmak istediğimizde Google bizi olmayan sokaklara sokmaya çalıştı. Siz bu hataya düşmeyin ve P olarak gösterilen halka açık otoparklara park edin. Park ettikten sonra yaklaşık 300-400 metre yürümeniz gerekecek. O yüzden valizi olanlar buna hazırlıklı olsun. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Eve çıkmak için bir kat merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Çıktıktan sonra yatak odasına çıkmak için farklı bir merdiven kullanmanız gerekir. Yatak odasında manzarayı izleyebileceğiniz çok güzel bir balkon var. Biz 6 aylık bebeğimizle geldiğimiz için ne yazık ki eve yürüme ve evdeki merdivenleri kullanma olayı bizi çok yordu. Ayrıca konaklama süresince wi-fi internet hiç çalışmadı. Telefon şebekesi de alt katta çekmiyordu. PC’den çalışan biri olarak bu konuda çok zorlandım. Çocuksuz aileler için gerçekten çok iyi bir ev. Tavsiye ederim.

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de tout, avec un parking très proche. Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin, il y a la climatisation, un ventilateur et une petit terrasse. C'est très calme ! Nickolas et son papa sont très accueillant, et nous propose une longue liste de chose à faire (visite, plage, restaurant) et sont de très bon conseils. Je vous recommande vivement d'aller y passer quelques jours !

We had the best stay at this apartment! It's super local and easy to get to, and due to the balcony being over the main street, you can spend hours just people-watching and chilling. A great beach was just a 7 min walk away, and the town - well, you are smack dab in it so going out for dinner or shopping is easy. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely come back! Also, probably the kindest host I've ever encountered in my years on Airbnb! Thanks for a great vacation :)

Although I forgot my phone and caused a bit of trouble with communication, the host was very helpful and resolved everything smoothly. The house was bright, spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need, which felt very thoughtful. While walking to Kokkari center and the beach was a bit far for me, it was just a 2-3 minute drive, and we easily found free parking in the center. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was a huge bonus! Waking up to the sound of roosters was such a charming experience. The bedroom had AC, a ceiling fan, and a standing fan, which was perfect since we prefer sleeping with the fan. Being pregnant, the bed was a bit firm for me, but still comfortable overall. The modern furniture was a big plus. The host left helpful local tips, making it a great stay for first-time visitors. We’d love to return after the baby arrives. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ailecek gittiğimiz çok rahat ettiğim bir yerdi. Konumu harikaydı denize 5 dakika havuzu temiz çok güzeldi ayrıca tüm sorunlarımıza yardımcı oldu çok iyi güleryüzlü bir ev sahibiydi her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

We have stayed at Maria‘s rooftop-paradise for one week at the beginning of October. And it was great! The room is relatively small, but has everything you need. We only stayed there to sleep, because the highlight is the terrace. It is so big, you find either sun or shade anytime. And since it is so big, and the sofas and chairs are so flexible, you can just sit or lie wherever you wish. The view is stunning, everything is at your feed. And you are right in the middle of it, just two floors down, and you are the center of the restaurants, bars and shops. Still it was surprisingly quiet upstairs. Of course, in October there are less guests staying at Kokkari, that might be different in July or August, we do not know. Would we come again? Definitely! Any time. When in Samos, we‘d stay at Maria‘s wonderful rooftop! Thank you for your hospitality 😊🇬🇷
