It’s a perfect small apartment for 4-5 people who want to enjoy a snow trip in Klínovec. You have private parking and all the basics you might need in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check in is automatic with a code, so you can come in anytime you want. The best part was the easy communication with the host. He always answered without delays and gave good tips. We are looking forward to come back next year :)

Отличная гостиница всё чисто,уютно, сделано со вкусом.Были приятно удивлены местом где находится гостиница отличная парковачная зона и обворожительный вид природы.Особое благодарность Наилу за его труд и гостеприимность (п.с.приятно удивил тот факт что есть возможность жарки гриля.) рекомендую

Centrally located yet quiet apartment with nice interior, well equipped kitchen. Perfectly clean. Apartment entrance is located behind the tower and you have to climb the stairs to get there. Cafes/restaurants/shops are within few minutes walking vicinity. Checking in/out is well organised, we got clear instructions. So definitely recommend.

I don’t know what others were complaining about.. but they were all wrong. We were 7 people staying there and it was awesome! Had nothing to complain about! Only thing I have to say is sorry that my friends were loud haha they got a little drunk one night. But all in all! An awesome place if you are going skiing/snowboarding nearby!

City center apartment Iris

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

Das Appartement war sehr schön! Die Betten waren bequem, auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer! Für eine Kurzaufenthalt von 4 Tagen war es perfekt zu zweit! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und fußläufig sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar! Wir kommen gern wieder!

We loved our stay at Natalia's place! Very spacious apartment, sparkling clean, well decorated, central location, it has everything you need :) Definitely recommend to other guests and would love to come back!

Thank you! We had a wonderful time, and the temperature was so nice inside even if it was 31 degr. outside. And there was very little noise outside!

Die Fotos bringen es nicht rüber! Es ist viel besser. Das Apartment, der Pool, Jacuzzi. Auch das Viertel und die Lage. Der Hammer!

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Jaroslav, l’appartement est situé dans un endroit calme à proximité du centre de Karlovy Vary (3min en voiture). Bon rapport qualité prix !

Spacious one bedroom apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean, safe and comfortable. Easy access to swimming pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to Vary’s sights. It’s a short walk down your street to the pedestrian street that leads to the geyser, a lot of colonnades and the famous Grand Pupp hotel. Don’t miss the funicular to Diana Tower. The communication with N was great at start but vanished after the hand over of the key. If you arrive by car you are supposed to have a before hand reserved parking place. So it’s not the case. If there are many guests in the building is first come first served. We got a parking place on the pavement which blocks the other cars that have a regular parking place. Big problem for the car owners that are blocked in. It’s up to you to solve the problem… The wi-fi is very, very slow🐌 The apartment is a great base camp for excursions in Vary…if you don’t come with a car 🚘 and depend on a problem free 🅿️ parking place!

Perfect destination and right next to the major attractions. Food joints are 5-10mins walk, main city centre is 10-15mins walk. Apartment is perfect for 4 people stay and quite comfortable. We love the place and can stay definitely again when we are back. Roman is very responsive and always ready to support. Thank you for hosting us…!!!

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Beim Finden der Adresse hat uns das Navi irgendwie im Stich gelassen. Wir waren schon ein bisschen verzweifelt. Aber ab dem Zeitpunkt, ab dem wir es zum Check in ins Hotel Astoria geschafft hatten, war alles easy.
