Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities specifically designed for kids. Our little ones felt right at home with the toys and games available, making it easy for them to settle in and have fun. The location is another highlight. We were just a stone's throw away from the art museum. Additionally, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, with a diverse selection of restaurants just a few minutes away. Whether we were in the mood for casual dining or something more upscale, there was always a great option nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

Cozy yet spacious! Had everything we needed and very organized. Molly was fantastic too. Winery is a stone’s throw. A lot of character and we appreciated the book about the house. Games were provided. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Old home but new quality where needed. loved the lighting choices pretty and dimmers for beautiful ambiance. clear instructions. everything worked. my brother brought his tool kit just in case and absolutely no need for it. beautiful area and view. good location. lots of cozy spots to sit, relax, and chat. loved the laundry room and extra stove. The place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. It was a great home base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood was cute and enjoyable to walk through. Public transportation is within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay.

We had comfortable stay. We will book again next time we visit family. I was able to work at the extra table comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. The rooms were spacious. The views were nice. Although we didn’t utilize it, the walking path was nice option. Also the weather didn’t really cooperate for us to use the out door furniture but it look very nice.

Ella’s place was very comfortable for an extended stay. I brought my wife and dog along and everything felt very comfortable and just like home for all of us. I’d happily stay again in the future

This is an excellent rental for anyone visiting family/friends/college students in the area. I stayed there for 5 nights visiting my daughter, who just started in college nearby and needed a break from dorm life! The apartment is pristine and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or eat meals you might bring in. Samantha's welcome packet is full of invaluable information and recommendations. She was very responsive to my questions. The area is very walkable, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Grocery stores, including Acme and Whole Foods, are also a quick drive. The onsite parking spot makes things extra simple. Would highly recommend it, and we hope to stay there every time we come to visit.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, is a cool mix of modern amenities and decor with classical features and high ceilings. The location is amazing - easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants while being in a quiet location. And the instructions Selim provided for check-in, the location of the house and the parking were very clear. It made it all so very easy to find and get situated. Selim was also immediately responsive with questions and provided lots of helpful information in advance. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location! Lots to do within minutes of the Airbnb. Fantastic space for families with kids. Lots of games to keep the kids occupied during downtime. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and attentive. Parking was a little tricky but other than that, highly recommend this space! Would love to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

We enjoyed this stay for a quick weekend getaway. Susan is communicative, kind, and recommended some local hikes to enjoy with our dog. A great stay that is unique, spacious, and clean. Thank you, Susan!

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.
