Solidaridad : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

El departamento es muy amplió, las fotos no describen bien las proporciones ya que es más grande de lo que se aprecia, las camas son matrimoniales y muy cómodos los colchones. Hay un axxo muy cerca y la principal está a un par de calles, pasan constantemente taxis. Esta a unos 10 minutos de playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). hay playas muy bonitas cerca, recomiendo la playa 88. En gral todo bien, tanto Cristián como la. señora Lulu estuvieron al pendiente y fueron amables con algunas dudas que tuve. Recomiendo mucho su estancia. Gracias.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Had a great stay on my weeklong visit to Cozumel. The house is absolutely beautiful - by far one of the prettiest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Super clean and tons of natural light. While a bit outside of the city center, there are some local restaurants nearby. There is also a grocery store and Sam's Club less than a 5 minute walk away. Regular taxis/motos on the main road make it very easy to get to the Malecon for only about 50 pesos for a mototaxi. Would absolutely recommend!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

When we got to the place, Anna on behalf of Giovanna was super welcoming and helpful with all sorts of information on the place and the island in general. was a great experience dealing with her and was willing to help out with anything that popped up during our stay.

I feel like the location for this place is tremendous. You can walk to it from the ferry and you feel safe at all times. It’s very close to tons of amazing restaurants and the host is very accommodating and helpful. It was clean and that’s a big thing for us. Highly recommended.

I loved this place....it was perfect for me and my family...there was an Alexa in living room and the bedroom wich my son loved..we listen to music a lot...air conditioning worked perfectly...we had restaurants and shopping center right next us...walking distance was 2 minutes to 5th avenue..loved that there was washer and dryer in the apartment...I literally have no complaints...we will definitely be booking when we visit Playa again..

The apartment was just as listed. it was clean and comfortable. The host had clear instructions and checked in to see if anything was needed. I also tried their recommended restaurants and they didn't disappoint.

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

Todo muy bien el alojamiento pequeño pero al final resultó cómodo para mi pequeña familia. Muy limpio y accesible a la alberca a dos pasos, nos encantó esperamos regresar pronto! Aunque no conocimos personalmente a Ibra no tuvimos ningún inconveniente el check in fue rápido y todo estuvo en tiempo y forma.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

This has been by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Location, interior design, practicality, views, amenities, secured, it has everything you need to make your stay a wonderful one and feel like you’re at home. A few steps from Quinta Avenida, you’re a short walk from all the eateries, coffee shops and the beach. Hosts were amazing. They even have a full brochure with guidelines, recs and even a little bit about them. It was a very nice touch. I’d def stay here again and again.

The apartment had great facilities with the plunge pool and the rooftop pool. Awesome location with many amazing food options nearby. Would stay again.

Inmejorable, el lugar perfecto, tranquilo, seguro, el departamento precioso, con todas las comodidades, el estacionamiento excelente, el anfitrión siempre preocupado por nosotros, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una tarjeta de bienvenida, chocolates y una botella de vino de cortesía. el departamento de Marian es excelente. muy bien ubicado, a pasos de Coco Bongo y la 5ta. A la vuelta tienes un OXXO bien completo. El Dpto tiene muchísimos elementos q harán muy cómoda tu estadía, como si estuvieras en tu casa. La cocina suuuuper completa. la lavadora y la secadora fueron de gran ayuda. Cuenta con bolsos para el supermercado y otras térmicas para ir a la playa. Eloiza fue muy atenta y respondía al instante nuestras consultas. recomiendo mucho este apartamento. Sin dudas fue una excelente elección

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

We have stayed at the landmark many times and this was the perfect spot for our quick get away! Unit was comfortable, clean accommodative to our young family of 3. We will definitely be back!

El departamento es un lujo completo, la tranquilidad es de lo que más se agradece. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene restaurantes y supermercado a no más de 100 metros. La privacidad y seguridad del lugar es de lo que más se valora ya que desde el principio nos dio la calma de que todo iba a estar muy bien. La comunicación con Olu y Almida fue simplemente espectacular todo fue muy facil, la comunicación siempre fue excelente y súper clara. No tenemos cosas negativas que decir y por el contrario, la próxima vez de fijo nos vamos a hospedar ahí mismo. Recomendación al 100%
