Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

Nos encantó el alojamiento ya es el segundo año consecutivo, el año que viene iremos por el 3ro. Esta en la mejor ubicación de Playa del Carmen sobre la 5ta avenida. El depa está preparado para una familia de 3 o 4. Súper recomendable, súper limpio cuenta con todas las comidades. Pablo se comunicó y siempre atento al celu para las consultas. Recomiendo x 100. Such a wonderful stay at Rodrigo’s place. Absolutely beautiful apartment, well equipped, stylish, perfectly located, and REALLY comfortable beds. Stunning beach nearby, handy for beach clubs, bars, restaurants,shops and most organised tours pick up from close by. In the surrounding area the locals were so friendly and accommodating, service was great and prices were fairly reasonable. Communication from the house manager Renzo couldn’t have been better or more helpful. We even locked ourselves out one night (through our own stupidity) and he responded immediately to help us. We had THE BEST time!

Todo muy bien el alojamiento pequeño pero al final resultó cómodo para mi pequeña familia. Muy limpio y accesible a la alberca a dos pasos, nos encantó esperamos regresar pronto! Aunque no conocimos personalmente a Ibra no tuvimos ningún inconveniente el check in fue rápido y todo estuvo en tiempo y forma.

Betty nous a accueilli de façon admirable. Nos hôtes étaient a l'écoute de nos besoins et questionnement et répondaient rapidement à nos appels. Le condo est facile d'entretien, complet et quand même assez bien équipé. Les lits sont fermes, et propres. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Sécuritaire et tranquille à deux pas de la piscine et des jeux pour enfant, le condo est vraiment près de resto, des épiceries et de plusieurs autres services. Tout était parfait. Le seul petit point négatif que nous soulignons est l'absence du BBQ qui dans la description est inclus. En faite, il est disponible sur demande avec une caution... et nous devons le remettre propre. Sinon des frais de 250 pesos sont demandés pour le nettoyage. Pour conclure sur une note positive parce que ce site le mérite amplement; nous gardons l'adresse en note pour nos prochaines vacances dans ce secteur et le recommandons fortement à d'autres vacanciers.

Place was very noisy from chairs being moved across the floors above our condo as they were being dragged on concrete floors. They need to put felt pads on the feet of all the chairs! Also the noise from the gym when people dropped the weights on the floor. The sound would resonate through the whole building.

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y realmente cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Fue un alivio que contara con aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Siempre hubo muy buena comunicación y nos dieron todas las facilidades. Realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

El departamento es muy amplió, las fotos no describen bien las proporciones ya que es más grande de lo que se aprecia, las camas son matrimoniales y muy cómodos los colchones. Hay un axxo muy cerca y la principal está a un par de calles, pasan constantemente taxis. Esta a unos 10 minutos de playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). hay playas muy bonitas cerca, recomiendo la playa 88. En gral todo bien, tanto Cristián como la. señora Lulu estuvieron al pendiente y fueron amables con algunas dudas que tuve. Recomiendo mucho su estancia. Gracias.

Era mi primera vez en Mexico, fue una experiencia increible ,la casa es acogedora, espaciosa, apenas para una familia, Alejandro siempre esta al tanto de lo que se requiera, por mensaje o llamada ,es amistoso, amable, te orienta si quieres ir a conocer algun lugar, me parecio un lugar seguro, sin duda volveria a rentar su casa 😃

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

Perfect home base for daily adventures in the region. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Convenient market and restaurants. Golf cart shuttle to the beach is easy. Electric scooter rental was good for my teenagers. Lots of plates and cups. Plenty of towels and bedding. The ability to purchase all inclusive day passes to Bahai Príncipe is a great bonus. Beach club food and atmosphere were excellent.

We stayed 9 nights. Sandra was very responsive from the very start, even before we left for our trip. She helped sort out our airport shuttle as well. The listing was as described. Plenty of hangers, towels and closet space. Drinking water, ice trays were a big plus! Only handsoap provided, so will need to provide own toiletries and replenish own toilet paper. Great location with plenty of restaurants, weekend night market and supermarket nearby. Designated parking spot! AC in both bedrooms and living room. We had some issues with plumbing and AC, and host was responsive and took care of it. One shower is stronger than the other, but appreciate 3 toilets. Hot water is limited, so need to space out showers. Washer and dryer very helpful. 24 hour security. Can hear neighbors upstairs though. Patio with drying rack ideal for drying swimsuits and towels. Lots of pots and pans for use. Swimming pool access was nice too. Couch and beds were comfortable. Extra blankets provided.

Fueron unas vacaciones muy divertidas, el alojamiento es muy bueno , muy cerca a todo , condominio es un primer piso, tiene estacionamiento propio, la seguridad del edificio muy buena, cumple con lo que ofrece Ronald …

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Camille’s property is stunning! Her pictures are accurate; balconies overlooking the water were our favorite spots! Beds were comfortable, pool was warm, can snorkel right in front of the condo, condo was clean & well appointed. Angel is there 6 days a week cooking up a storm & it’s delicious & inexpensive. If you book a few days in advance he will make dinner for you too! Taxis into town range from $7-25 USD, not sure why the vast range in pricing. Also, housekeeping & laundry are included daily! So tip them generously as they do a fabulous job! And a huge shout out to Edir!!!…he’s soooo very helpful & responds immediately to all texts! Highly recommend & look forward to returning! Thank you!!!

We had such an amazing time - the place was awesome very clean all amenities as described centrally located to everything ( great restaurants grocery store beach )-sat on balcony and people watched - pool area quiet in mornings and relaxing used the gym daily . Kina was always attentive and made sure all was good ! Stayed for a month and went too fast and definitely coming back !!
