Ich war jetzt zum zweiten mal zu Gast bei Annie…bei jeglichen Fragen hat sie sich sofort drum gekümmert und hat sich meistens innerhalb von 5 Minuten gemeldet! 😃 sehr zuvorkommend und sie achtet sehr auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste 😊 Ich liebe das Haus von ihr einfach, ich war dieses Mal 5 Wochen hier und fühle mich einfach wie zuhause! Annie ist so wie man sich den perfekten Gastgeber vorstellt! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder 😃

For what you’re getting with this spot, as well as the location, it’s a steal. Not only was the host super friendly and responsive, but the security guards were also amicable and willing to help you out if need be. Additionally, the stay is at a central location and not too far from the beach at all - just a 15 minute walk (or less if you have long legs like me). All in all, I recommend this place.

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Hermoso departamento y muy limpio, con aire acondicionado. Me volvería a quedar, el único pero es que queda un poco lejos pero nada terrible, que se compensa con lo lindo y cómodo del departamento, además de estar en un lugar tranquilo. Las camas super cómodas también.

Our stay at Marco’s property was great! Hosts were responsive, and so nice! The property was new, beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay in Tulum Country Club Perfect. The layout of the property is perfect for couples or families, the main living area is on the main floor with TV comfortable sitting area, the kitchen & dining area. The bedrooms are upstairs, the primary room is on the second floor, and other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, each bedroom with a huge bathroom, it is perfect giving you privacy, while still all being in the same household. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, kitchen is well equipped , showers & water pressure are great, lots of bath towels & pool towels, 2 large pools are about 1 min away from the house. About a 8-10 min walk to the beach or you can take the Tulum Country Club Shuttle to get to Kay Beach Club- which was beautiful ! Would highly recommend this property! Casa muy completa y muy segura. Todo muy cómodo y a gusto, y a menos de 15 minutos del centro de Playa del Carmen

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

Todo muy bien el alojamiento pequeño pero al final resultó cómodo para mi pequeña familia. Muy limpio y accesible a la alberca a dos pasos, nos encantó esperamos regresar pronto! Aunque no conocimos personalmente a Ibra no tuvimos ningún inconveniente el check in fue rápido y todo estuvo en tiempo y forma.

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

Excelente estancia, excelente anfitriona y muy profesional. Siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, contestaba enseguida y aclaró todas las dudas. El lugar cuenta con todas las amenidades esenciales para una estancia sin contratiempos, incluye clima, ventilador, refri y una cocinera con todos los utensilios disponibles. Está muy acorde a su precio y vale la pena para viaje de trabajo o de placer. La zona no es céntrica pero no es problema ya qué está cerca de todos lados. Si vuelvo a Cozumel me hospedare nuevamente ahí sin dudar.

Thank you. We all had a good time. It was a little tough to find the place but once we did we had a great time and it was a great place. We would recommend it and use your place again.

My family of 5, including three young kids, stayed here for 8 days, and it really was wonderful. We loved having so much space, a pool, and easy beach access. The house was exactly as pictured and in great condition. While they had recently purchased a new washing machine, it had not yet been installed, but they made up for this by having Wendy, the lovely woman who cleaned daily, take our clothing to be washed. I asked a ton of questions about the area and very much appreciated all of their recommendations - specifically would recommend the cenote listed in their guestbook. Meaghan also helped connect us with Anna, a woman who cooked a few dinners for us at a very reasonable price. We went to the water park one day and bought guest passes to the Iberostar next door two other days. It ended up being a perfect combination of resort time and more relaxed days, and my kids have asked to go back every single day since we came home.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

Un lugar realmente hermoso, las amenidades del lugar, las piscinas .- La habitacion tiene realmente todo lo necesario, fuimos con una beba donde necesitabamos cocinar, y el apto tenia absolutamente todo lo necesario. Cocina y lugar realmente comodo. Lugar que voy a recomendar a todo el que vaya.
