Honestly, it was such a lovely stay and experience, and you dont have to worry about hearing noises from cars/trains as the windows are double glazed Its extremely peaceful and quite! The skyline view is gorgeous I came here as a get away from the city and worked from home! It was so clean and cosy! Very secure and you feel super safe Will 100% book again!

I feel like i got the best deal ever with his booking. I staked for 13 days and it was super easy to come and go. Parking was really close and easy to get in and out of. I felt very safe and felt comfortable staying as a female alone for the first few days. And they were always so fast to respond if you needed Anything. Would defiantly book again.

I spent just over two months staying here on a PhD exchange. The room was simple and very budget friendly and the communal spaces were fantastic. I made extensive use of the large conference room on my floor for writing and spent hours walking around the nearby country side. Very close to Warwick University which is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you need and the only challenge was sharing with other co-residents who weren't always as clean as you might hope for. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the communal spaces were fantastic, the room was simple, but clean and well equiped and it was very well priced for those on a student budget.

Great apartment located in a secure , quiet, modern building 5 mins walk to Solihull Rail Station and 10 mins walk to Solihull town centre and ideal base for our visit to Crufts on the Thursday . Communication with hosts was great , very responsive and they gave very clear check in instructions. Apartment was extremely well furnished and decorated with modern furniture , fixtures and fittings with good quality appliances , crockery , cutlery etc . The bed was huge and extremely comfortable . Loved our stay and would recommend the apartment and hosts

Had a lovely stay for a short weekend trip in Birmingham. A very well presented little studio flat, perfect for short stays in the city. Had all the amenities you could need and was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again. Had a small issue with the wifi connection but seemed to have resolved in the morning so may have been a one off problem.

Nice and cosy place very well maintained

Umer helped us when a previous host cancelled on us with no warning at the last minute. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. If you’re looking for a peaceful night, definitely look elsewhere. But if you like easy access to some great food and drink locations, and want the comforts of home. Then this is the place for you. Everything we needed was in the apartment Umer met me and checked me in at the agreed time. Can’t fault him as a host or the apartment as a perfect location. Will definitely be using again in the future

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cyril's apartment in Birmingham City Centre! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions like the Bullring and Grand Central. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi . The building was secure and quiet, which added to the overall great experience. Cyril was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. He was able to quickly provide me with what I needed in the apartment which made me feel extra welcome. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Booked a family getaway for a family birthday..the barn was fantastic..perfect for 6 adults and 4 well behaved dogs..spacious and clean..instructions left in a folder were clear..the pool table and dart board were the reasons we chose the barn for entertainment..needed to phone the host as there were no instructions on how to release the balls play pool...phoned the host who was in the area at the time and quickly sorted the release..overall beautiful getaway and very helpful hosts..well done

I was very comfortable at Emma's place. I felt safe. the bed was comfy, the TV was big in my room and had all channels, the shower was powerful. it was great to have a big clean bath towel and use of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I didn't use the kitchen but was welcome to. Emma was a great host. I would recommend 👌

Great stay as usual :) i like the big and airy bathroom, and the beautiful kitchen. Room is small but has it all, mattress and sheets are good quality - def above average in the area. Will book again!

Christine's Airbnb blew us away! It was everything we hoped for and more! The place was spotless, cosy, and perfect for us and the kids—it truly felt like a home away from home. Nestled in such a lovely area, it made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Christine is a great host and was excellent with communication, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. We can't wait to have the opportunity to stay here again! We highly recommend this lovely property for anyone needing to recharge and unwind. And a special shoutout to the amazing vinyl collection—my partner was thrilled, especially with all the Queen record!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend, enjoying the hot tub in the garden and peaceful places for walks right on the doorstep. The house is spacious and spotless with everything you need provided.
