We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

We keep on returning to this Airbnb. It is our home from home and we are never disappointed. Five of us stayed during this visit and there was plenty of space for us. We had an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Mya is a considerate and responsive host and staying at Griffin Close is a pleasure. She understands the guest experience - there's always a snack and drink in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you Mya for the extra provisions you left- we really appreciate your generosity.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Wellington Homes! The house was beautifully maintained, well-equipped with everything we needed, and professionally managed. The attention to detail and seamless check-in process made our experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

We were only at the venue for one night for a special 70th birthday celebration. It was perfect in almost all ways. A well equipped kitchen made food prep very easy; the living room and bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the surrounding garden areas were peaceful and great for our dog to run around in. Maggie left a small and personalised Welcome pack which was a very nice touch. Altogether, this is a rare gem of a property. Thank you!

The cottage was beautiful and with the perfect dog walk literally across the road it was perfect for our weekend visiting family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of outstanding restaurants nearby, truly a great location.

Great site, easy to find and a quick check in. Loved the outside space and the caravan was well equipped with everything we may need (except a TV, bring a tablet if you need to) thanks!

We booked Barry's place as it was close to family we were visiting over New Year. It was exactly as described and perfect for us. It is in a pretty, peaceful village and is walking distance to a couple of great pubs. It has a secure small garden which was perfect for our dog. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need and has a lovely log burner in the lounge and a large sofa so perfect for movies and snuggles. Will definitely return.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations. Jane was a great host - friendly & responsive to all queries. The property was perfect for our needs - walking distance to town/Wave water park, short drive to golf courses, secure gated parking, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, well equipped kitchen & facilities. Nice little welcome pack upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean comfortably and in a beautiful secluded surrounding. Kirsty was welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed our mashmellows on the fire and listening to the birds from the hot tub. We would highly recommend. Many thanks Dave and Ange

Our weekend at Mount Pleasant Barns was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this beautiful retreat offered the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings, rolling fields, and the peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was seeing the adorable baby lambs in the nearby fields and made the stay even more special! After being out all day exploring the surrounding areas (there are so many places to visit) and enjoying the fresh air, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind than soaking in the hot tub under the stars. It was pure bliss! The barn itself was beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It’s a slice of heaven and we can’t wait for our next visit in December.

Had a fantastic stay at Thom's cabin! The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind, and we even spotted a doe nearby, which was a lovely bonus. Thom was a great host, and the cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend!

I’ve recently got back from staying at Jane’s beautiful lodge. It was absolutely perfect and a huge bonus I could bring my dog! Everything about it was perfect, the surroundings are so beautiful and Jane was lovely and accommodating. I can’t wait to stay again!

Sonia and Adam were faultless from the time of booking to checking out. They were both helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, or too much to ask. The Shepards hut was modern, clean and beautifully presented. The surrounding areas were absolutely gorgeous and they were incredibly helpful at recommending places to go by car and on foot. Although the hut was at their home, we were ensured plenty of privacy but they were always on hand to help. They were 5* hosts and I cannot recommend their Shepard’s Hut enough. Thank you for a wholesome couple of nights, for your hospitality and your friendly nature. It was perfect in every way.

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve just got home from a beautiful few nights at The Croft, a clean and wonderful place for the three of us to have a peaceful few days away from the chaos of family and work! The hot tub was an awesome addition to our weekend. We walked through the footpaths to Henley for supplies, shops and pubs and what easy access from there to the train station to visit Stratford upon Avon. We’ll definitely book again if we visit that area in the future. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
