una casa muy bonita comoda en un area agradable, cumplia con lo descrito nuestra estancia fue muy placentera y Miguel un excelente anfitrión, siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar al maximo nuestra estadía, seguro regresaremos !!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

el lugar realmente muy bonito, sin embargo, no indica que la única forma de llegar es en lancha, a excepción de esto, todo estuvo excelente

Such an amazing and serendipitous stay. This little lakeside cottage was exactly what I needed for my week away in San Marcos. The area is perfect and easy access to the downtown San Marcos area. The bungalow itself is super quaint and perfect for 1-3 people. Filtered water provided and a full kitchenette and refrigerator to prepare your own food. The fire pit was lovely as well which I wasn’t expecting. Whenever I plan to be back in San Marcos I will absolutely be checking to see if this airbnb is available during my planned stay. Thank you!

The place is absolutely stunning. Both the house itself is very cozy with stunning views and the estate itself is gorgeous. Everyone is super responsive and helpful as well and we enjoyed breakfast at the place too. It is easy to organize a tuk tuk with Valentin or to take one from Pana. One thing to keep in mind - this place is high up and has a lot of steps, so might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues.

Hermoso lugar, amplio, cómodo y tal cual se percibe en las fotos. Jessica amable, excelente en la comunicación y presta a apoyar en lo que le fuimos solicitando durante la estadía. Volveremos felices muy pronto.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay with Sofia! The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views, a pristine garden and spotless large comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Vicenzo was always available when we needed something and gave us a great background story on the property. We plan on returning to Lake Atitlan and staying with Sofia is our first choice.

The place is fantastic with a wonderful serene view that you get to enjoy every morning. Marcos is a great host and was very responsive to every thing we needed. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower did not last very long at all. But other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

We fell in love with Sacred Tree! The property was so beautiful and peaceful. The staff were so friendly. The food was amazing. We loved paddle boarding, sauna, swimming in lake, and jacuzzi. Feeling refreshed and reset. Thank you!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

Everything went well and host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The apartment is in the heart of the action so very walkable to everything.

I loved staying in Griselda and Antonio‘s apartment. They were both hospitable and helpful. The apartment is spacious, quiet and easily walked to from the center of the hub bub and so much better to be away from that. Kitchen is equipped with the blender to make smoothies and anything you need for cooking. I would highly recommend it. I stay there alone, but it’s big enough for a family.

Tjiscwsd a nice plsce! It wad spotless, and functional. It has 3 large bedrooms is and is on the 2nd floor. It jas really nice lake views and a clean fresh breeze. Its within 3 min walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. We were very comfortable in this nice appartment and really enjoyed our walks on the beach in the morning and at sunsets. This part of San Pedro is very nice, not as many tourists and bars, lots of friendly locals and vegetable gardens cloee to the lake's shores. Great place for a family. Its spacious, has a large living room and kitchen. The owners are locals and are very genuine, kind and friendly. Nicholas met us at the road and carried our luggage up for us. He made sure everything was eady for us. I highly recommend this place!

Un lugar mágico, el lago imponente al tenerlo literalmente enfrente, el alojamiento tiene una sección arriba y otra abajo, es un terreno inclinado, la parte mágica es la de abajo y ahí hay cocina, nosotros decidimos estar en esa parte la mayor parte del tiempo. Hay muchas gradas por lo que si es recomendable llevar tenis. Si pueden nadar No se pierdan la parte lanzarse al lago desde el muelle 😍

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Do not hesitate to book this place.

This place was absolutely magical! it was our favorite stay so far and it exceeded our expectations. The space is so peaceful and you are a few steps away from the lake which we went to each morning for sunrise. There are also restaurants and cafes walking distance to the property!

El alojamiento de Mikael es super bonito! Rodeado de naturaleza, con mucha luz y vistas maravillosas! El espacio para hacer yoga es espectacular y el amanecer frente a los volcanes no podría ser mejor. La llegada el lugar fue un poco complicada, pero fue más por un retraso que tuvimos en llegar al punto de partida de los botes. Igual recomiendo considerar una backpack porque aunque los anfitriones y sus colaborades siempre dan apoyo, la subida a la casa no es facil con maletas. Una recomendación importante es cargar con efectivo! Porque en Guatemala casi todo se puede pagar con tarjeta, pero en la zona del alojamiento no siempre hay señal y al ser un pueblo pequeño, la mayoría pide efectivo preferentemente en moneda local.
