I absolutely loved this lakefront apartment! We were here for my bday trip and we felt right at home! The pictures don’t do the actual view justice! Waking up to this view and being able to relax outside with the view is so priceless! I want to come back to the lake at least once a year and I will be staying here every time. It’s also in a great location! Right when you come off the dock it’s not far :) Kenny was also always responsible and so kind! I cannot recommend this place enough! There are restaurants in San Pedro that sell a lakefront view with your meal! You can do this here ! Love love loved it here <3

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. We woke up every morning to views of Lake Atitlan from our bed, and the potted plants and local decor really added to the charm. Everyone was very kind and answered all of our questions really quickly. Check in and check out were seamless and the property manager was incredibly helpful with check in, and laundry. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Lake Atitlan.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

Really enjoyed our time and views in this apartment! Kenny is a great host, very friendly, helpful, and generous. Recommend staying here :) can’t beat that view of the lake.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocio's place, the views are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Would love to return one day!

Truly stunning home in an idyllic landscape. I love the raw connection to nature and expansive views of the lake. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - a wonderful stay overall. Would recommend to others ands stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Beautiful house right on the lake, bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the kitchen and lounge open air as that’s where I want to be when at the lake. We enjoyed the dogs, the friendly old cat and all the birds. Tons of flowers. Elaine was very helpful with trail info and a boat contact. We didn’t end up kayaking this time but you’re perfectly situated to do so.

We loved our stay! The house was even more beautiful than the photos. Perfect spot to relax on the lake with amazing views, a hot tub, and gorgeous landscaping. We would book again in a heartbeat. A big highlight was having filtered water throughout the house, along with reverse osmosis water for drinking. It made it much easier to stay hydrated! Christopher was also a very helpful host, introducing us to a private boat contact and shuttle services back to Guatemala City.

This home is amazing ! The views are breath taking . Very private, clean and amenities are more than what you expect . The private dock and watching the sunset and sunrise with a cocktail or a cup of coffee was priceless. Rudy the host was very responsive, helpful and extremely kind. My two young daughters loved the pool and jumping off the deck into the crystal clear water. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to make our meals . Serenity, calmness comes into your souls when you stay at Casita de Oro . I will definitely will be coming back .

This was a beautiful spot! the view really was incredible. The place was clean and well equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. as a few other reviews said, there is a restaurant next door that played loud music in the evening, but it was always over by 9:30pm so it didn't affect our sleep.

This place is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Humberto was always there when we needed him as well as Albert for any additional questions we had. If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven, you’ve found it!

If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and right on the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and would often message me in the morning to check in and make sure everything was okay. The bar/restaurant on site is a huge plus since this airbnb is outside of any towns - although San Marcos is not too far away. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come back to the lake. Do not hesitate to ask if you need a Tuk Tuk to a nearby town, a boat to a further one, or even a car to the airport. They have contact info for all of that. Highly recommend.

I loved staying here. The view is unbeatable and the room was outstanding. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and the hot tub. It’s an easy walk or tuk tuk ride back and forth from town. There’s a nice little bar and restaurant if you’re not wanting to leave. The host is responsive and helpful if anything comes up. I am so happy we stayed here.

We had a wonderful stay at Alas Del Angel. Hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The pictures do not do this place justice, you have to come see it with your own eyes. Free kayak and paddle board rental, ability to swim in the lake, and a restaurant/bar at the location were some of the highlights of the stay. We will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.

Uno de los mejores lugares en que me he hospedado, la atención increíble, los detalles muy bien cuidados, el equipo muy amable el señor Vicente, Juan y Sucely muy agradables, respuestas rápidas a dudas, la host Noelia muy atenta con respuestas casi inmediatas todas las recomendaciones muy buenas, de verdad lo recomiendo por mucho si quieres un lugar bonito, con muchas actividades, con buena atencion y para tomarte buenas fotos, el peso en kayaks es increíble, el jacuzzi maravilloso. En fin mi mejor experiencia en mucho tiempo.

Me encantó la comunicacion. El cuarto estaba hermoso y super limpio, el restaurante en la parte de abajo tiene muy buena comida y me fascinó que pjedieramos usar el Kayak para apreciar más el lago. Súper recomendadisimo ✨

We had a fantastic stay, highly recommend! Vincente was incredible, and helped us with everything from ordering tuk tuks, arranging a shuttle to Guatemala City, and answering all our questions. Thank you, Vincente! The other highlight of our stay was of course the lake. The view is truly spectacular, the pictures don't do it justice. When we read earlier reviews we saw mentions of a tree that blocked the view from the balcony, but the tree has since been pruned and you have a clear, panoramic view of the lake. Just make sure to close the balcony doors when it gets dark to avoid gnats entering the room and clean up food right away so as not to tempt any ants. Stay here, you'll have the best time!

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!
