AirBnb message: This rental is a cozy and quiet spot for a group trip to Los Osos. Nice views of the Morro Rock and Morro Bay from the upper deck above the house/front sitting area and has most amenities you would need to host a nice family group/gathering. Heating worked well during the chilly winter nights. Within easy walking distance of trailheads for El Moro Elfin Forest Open Space Preserve. Ample driveway space as well that can park up to three cars. One detail should be noted though, the beds do mostly have standard spring mattresses if that is a big deciding factor.

Ahh where do I even start! Josephine has been the sweetest since the start of renting from her. We were visiting for my best friends bachelorette and Josephine even got her champagne and a bride headband along with sparklers and a sweet card. The place was so clean and so beautiful. Anytime I needed something Josephine was so quick to respond! It’s also in the most perfect location, it’s walking distance to everything you need. If you’re looking for an Airbnb you will not regret this one at all!!

We loved our stay at Rob and Trudi's casita. It was so peaceful to wake up with the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the vineyard. The backyard space is a wonderful gathering place around the hot tub. Our young grandson loved eating outside at the picnic table. If it's too hot on one side of the casita you can switch to front of the casita and sit in the shade. The home is well cared for and hot tub was easy to use and kept clean. The casita is close to many wonderful hikes and an easy 10 minutes from the airport. While we did not tour the many local wineries, this is the perfect place for a girl's weekend retreat!

John and Andy, are terrific hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The house is clean, and comfortable—a simple place in the best sense of the word. It was a great location for our week of visiting friends, hiking, and mountain biking. We loved having access to the beach cruisers for quick trips to the beach and exploring around town. Thanks again, guys!

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Lisa was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, just as described, and well-stocked. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and a stroll to the beach.

Great experience! From the moment we arrived, Mack, the host, made us feel so welcome. He’s super friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary wine that greeted us upon arrival. The breakfast each morning was impressive,fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. The inn itself is cozy and inviting, with such a great vibe. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

I brought my mother and 6 year old to stay for a short weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and hosts. The home is a lot bigger than I had expected and my daughter was over the moon with the huge selection of toys, including a little electric jeep that she could ride down the street. It is a wonderful family spot and the hosts gave us the best recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. We made a lovely new friend, Edna the chicken, who followed us up and down the driveway which my kiddo loved. I highly recommend, especially if traveling with little ones!

We can join all the many 5 star reviews of this beautiful place. Michelle goes beyond all hosts with snacks and breakfast and the room has every amenity you would ever need. We felt very pampered. The view is spectacular, with some amazing rock formations for the waves to crash against.

Great host and wonderful place. Accurate to listing and photos; beautiful, peaceful and cozy. Highly recommend and should I be in the area again I would definitely rebook.

A unique stay that is well kept. You will actually WANT to spend time in your room. We plan to come back next year try out the Egyptian suite. Highly recommend.

Booked a last minute get away in this cute bed and breakfast. Did not disappoint. Not big enough of a deal to ding them at all, but I just wished they had a gluten free option for breakfast. But still a 5/5.
