The condo was clean comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to walking trails shops and the beach. Amtrak is a few blocks away for easy trips to Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Melinda’s condo in Carpinteria for a great beach vacation.

Pam & Paul are excellent hosts. Their property included everything imaginable. We were so pleasantly surprised by all the little extras. The beds were clean & comfortable. Parking was plentiful & secure. The location is fantastic - so close to the beach & great little restaurants.

I would definitely recommend Jon’s Airbnb. It is light filled and very large! Easily fits 8 people. The beds are very comfortable! The location is excellent…Just a very easy block to the cute Pierpont downtown. It’s only a few feet from the beach and a short drive to C-Street and Main Street Ventura. I only shorted on a star because the hot tub didn’t work. Jon sent someone to fix it, but it still didn’t work. He will send me a check for $100 to make up for our pain and suffering.😆 it is a very nice place and Jon responds quickly to any questions… or in our case…gripes.

I mostly worked with Jose before and during check-in. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect. I’m very familiar with Pismo and restaurants were literally only one block away in the ocean is only a couple blocks away. The complex was fairly quiet and very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented both sister condos- The Whale and The Starfish- for a family gathering. There was plenty of space for the 13 of us to be comfortable. The condos felt updated and clean and roomy. The patio of the Whale is accessible from an outside gate and spacious and we were able to gather there around the gas fire pit as well as enjoy meals together in the kitchen/living room area. Bonnie was friendly and responsive when I had any questions.

It's a great location. The beach is very close. We've been back many times. Definitely recommend.

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!

Awesome condo to stay at! Walking location to state street and funk zone. Liz was a great host, super responsive. Her condo was cute, will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Santa Barbara.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Danielle's home is lovely! Quaint and cozy and steps away from the beach. Walkable to most things in Carpenteria. Danielle is a thoughtful host and provided things to make our stay more enjoyable (local favorites, beach chairs/towels, recs)... she really has thought of everything!

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Lara’s place was amazing! My family and I escaped the wildfires near our home in Pasadena and Lara was more than accommodating. The condo is in the perfect location and very comfortable. There are tons of awesome restaurants within a few minutes walking distance along with the beach. Our two corgis were very pleased with our impromptu vacation. We highly recommend Lara’s place and would love to come back!

Great place for a couple. Very private inside & outside private patios. Private driveway so not having to grab a street parking place. Very quiet both day & night. Highly recommend this property.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.
