This property was very thoughtfully put together and gorgeous. The backyard is a very peaceful place to relax. We were in town for a stressful family situation and were excited to get back to our Airbnb so we could unwind. It was the perfect place to do so.

We had a great time here. Very comfy bed, very nice interior decoration, very cosy. We loved the cold dips in the pool and running to the hot tub. It felt like we were alone with the wildlife: deers, squirrels, a skunk and many many birds. The short flat trail on the property is nice. Highly recommended

My stay at the Ivy House was peaceful, and relaxing. Minus my car breaking down, my stay at Channon’s was lovely. She was a great host, responsive, and checked in with me to see how my car issues were.

My son & I were in the area for a high school tour & wow, we were so blessed to have coupled that with staying in the Fantastical Cottage. There was no one else staying in the Glass House adjacent to us, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We brought our pup, cooked all meals in the open-air kitchen, enjoyed the open-air shower, hammock, lovely pool & spa, trampoline, birds galore, dreamy tree swing, & were nourished by the hens’ offerings for breakfasts. Each used space was very clean. No cell service meant no interruptions & we were able to truly enjoy being with each other on the land. We are outdoor & nature lovers, so for us this was a perfect fit! Jennifer is a wonderful & communicative host.

The Squirrel Cottage is a very cozy clean and peaceful place. We really enjoyed our time there! The greenbelt across the street made it feel like we were deep in the woods. Her place was quiet and clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And the backyard is so unique and lovely! It was like being in the woods. We can see the love she puts in all the details. We would definitely stay here again!

4 of us stayed at Angie's place for a long weekend and had a lovely time! She is super welcoming and responsive, the place is quirky and unique, had everything we needed and is quite comfortable. It's in an excellent location and her decks are gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.

We loved our stay at Jesse's place! Gorgeous accommodations, close to the beach, responsive host - everything we could've wanted.

Location walking distance to the beach, right across Hwy 1, was great, and short drive into Morro. Sylvia was quick with communication. Her house had everything we needed. Had some run ins with ants in the kitchen but nothing major. Just couldn’t leave food out on the counters overnight.

We loved it here at Aaron's cottage. The place was furnished with love and we had everything we needed for our stay. The deck was perfect for our two pups and Aaron was just so hospitable. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The location itself is ideal! Lemons galore and a quick walk to the Arroyo Grande Village for a glass of wine, outdoor dining and the best bakery (Mule) to grab your coffee and croissants. The kitchen was also set up beautifully and we were able to make some healthy meals to offset the decadent ones. I would highly recommend that you stay here and I'll be back if we come back to this area!

We loved our stay at this little hummingbird cottage. We were in town for a specialty dog show and it was a great place to call home base and a place to relax. My 2 corgis loved the safe yard, but since it was fire season we didn't use the fire pit. Hope to stay again next year when we are back in town!

You must visit this incredible little piece of heaven. Just out far enough in the country that you feel like you’ve gone away to somewhere magical. The home was impeccably clean and so cozy. The views are absolutely insane. It’s so peaceful and tranquil. It’s the perfect spot to get away even if you’re a local like me. The birds sang to us and the hummingbirds hung out with us outside. I’ll definitely be going back.

Beautiful home and perfect location near the ocean, the Oxnard Beach Park, and Marina. We loved the area and went for walks everyday. Also, the host is very responsive.

A lovely, comfortable and easy stay. The lighthouse is one of our preferred places. Location is also great.

Such a great stay at a beautiful place! Jim and Kristin are wonderful hosts. The house was clean and beautiful, the area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend. Loved the stay!

Beautiful home & very current. Looks like it has been recently been remodeled the view was beautiful of the ocean and sunset but does have a busy highway below the home so you can see and hear that but it isn't bad at all. The home it's self was comfortable and decorated nicely. Driveway is very steep and the road leading up to the home is on a steep incline so it can make it a little harder on an elderly person's balance. Also steep stairs going up to the loft bedroom so make note of that. Summerland is a great area close to Santa Barbara and has some fun close restaurants and shops nearby. Also a nice park to enjoy the ocean. They had a wireless speaker we could hook our music up to and that was really nice! The family room was a nice set up with enough seating and great view of the Ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Great experience in these little historical cottages. Shared backyard’s set up is perfect to hang out and stargaze.

Martha was a wonderful host and her place was a refuge from us when leaving the fires in Los Angeles. We stayed with our two dogs and child, felt very comfortable and our dogs were so happy to have a small yard to explore. The layout was very functional for our extended stay. Martha was always responsive within minutes and so helpful. We would absolutely come back, hopefully with better circumstances. We loved the local town, excellent location.

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

I was planning a last minute girls' trip for the weekend and luckily found Kate's cottage. We loved it! It is private, peaceful and just the kind of place we needed to relax and unwind. The cottage is spotless, very roomy and has all the comforts of home. I would definitely come back in the future. It is located near some wine-tasting spots and lots of restaurants. Even though this place is right off the 101 fwy, you do not hear any noise. She was very responsive when we communicated with her. Highly recommend!

The charming cottage is in an ideal location at the northern part of the lovely enclave of Summerland. It is immaculate and everything is in excellent condition. The ocean is a short walk away. The wonderfully equipped kitchen in retro, aqua appliances has a welcoming nostalgic feel. This was a short getaway trip for two childhood friends living in separate states. We have an absolutely lovely time. Our every need was met. We think there may be an annual trip in our futures!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Morro Bay. This house really did feel like a home (not always the case). It was comfortable and cozy, with good supplies, appliances, linens, etc. It was close to everything: excellent bookstore called Coalesce, restaurants and shops on Main St./Morro Bay Blvd, Hwy 1 entrance. It's small, which I think is why it really does feel like a home, but has a spacious front patio area with a picnic table as well as Adirondack chairs for lounging. While there's a steady flow of traffic down the street that the house faces, I rarely found it intrusive (only one or two big trucks in a five-day visit). You can see the famous Morro Rock and the ocean from the front patio and walk down to the waterfront in a matter of minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
