Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Perfect, family friendly spot. Peaceful and close to all the amazing wonders of the Central Coast. Cooper and Hollie made us feel so welcomed from freshly baked sourdough bread, firewood, s'mores, and a bottle of wine from Paso Robles. This home was fully stocked with everything you need for a beautiful weekend with your family and friends.

Very comfy with nice views and location. Corner lot with views of morro rock and the smoke stacks. Amenities of the house were nice- open floor plan, great deck, yard for hanging out and grilling- and small things like nice paper towels and TP. It was a great little getaway.

Absolutely amazing location! My wife and I travel a lot and this is one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. It’s a couple minute drive to Summerland beach and within 10/12 min from Butterfly Beach or Santa Barbra Harbor. There’s shops and food options that you can bike or walk to right outside the neighborhood as well. That view from the front porch is incredible and tough to beat anywhere. The house is super clean and Chelsey was very responsive over the weekend. Chelsey is a great host and we will definitely be back here again! Incredible stay.

Ian’s place is the gem of Santa Monica. The apartment was filled with plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four - we did share a bathroom but it was not a problem since my teens sleep until noon :) The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, the pier, and the harbor. Despite being close to all the action, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had such a lovely, peaceful vibe. Ian’s attention to detail really made the space feel like a home away from home. We were able to play games around the coffee table in the evenings and even do some laundry! We hope to return soon!

John's place was such a lovely little getaway near Avila Beach. It was up on top of the hill so felt private and quiet but was close to all that Avila has to offer. The space itself was lovely and comfortable (the queen bed was super but the twins beds weren't the most comfy) and had everything we needed. John met us to show us around and gave lots of local recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We’ve stayed at Jody’s cute little place multiple times and just keep coming back because of so many reasons…Jody is a delightful, wonderful host, communicative and extremely caring and helpful, and her place is very clean, comfortable, has everything we need including little treats all over the place! The location is a few steps from the beach and a short walk into town…just love, love, love her place! We will definitely return again!

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in a great neighborhood close to the beach and Funk Zone--which has restaurants, wineries, art galleries, etc. The house was wonderful and had lots of space. We would definitely book this place again.

This is my fourth time staying at Sandy’s place. (And I’m coming back again next month with my daughter and friends) I stayed at two different t locations prior to this, but when I found Sandy’s place, this was the only place I want to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It’s charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the location is ideal. (Very close to the beach as well as State St.) I highly recommend it.

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

My husband and I drive up to the San Yanez region once a year. We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb‘s and this one, by far, was the most Idealic. It was absolutely beautiful! The amount of open space and privacy is unmatched. Christina‘s one bedroom Casita is so much bigger than the pictures show. It was so comfortable, so private, and so well furnished. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable, had a Tempur-pedic pillow-top mattress cushion. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this spot, you won’t regret it.

Great place to relax and unwind. This is a very peaceful and private setting with plenty of room and ample parking.

Great host, thank you for the stay

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Cynthia was incredible from the beginning of the booking to the day we departed. She thought of everything we could have possibly wanted or may need. The villa is a short drive from all the activities we love; amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, fun shopping and horseback riding on the beach! We loved relaxing at the villa by the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. Sitting on the patio together, listening to the sound of the beautiful fountain was a daily joy for us. We highly recommend Cynthia’s place for a peaceful, romantic get away. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We will most definitely return.

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

Christian's home was the perfect place for my family. It had lots of space and was exactly how it was described. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christian was also very receptive to questions I had prior to arriving and during our stay.
