What a lovely space to enjoy a romantic weekend. Very clean and spacious! The interior is beautiful decorated and minimalist. The private patio area is perfect. The hosts are respectful, responsive, and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. This host was amazing. Quick & easy to communicate with. I had to book this place last minute because the previous Santa Barbara reservation cancelled on me the day before the wedding. This house was close enough to Santa Barbara to make it an easy trip, yet peaceful, walkable, & affordable. AND DOG FRIENDLY!! Thank you for a great, stress free stay. Cute home too!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Lorie gave us all the info we needed for our stay and then we dealt with the resort/staff during the stay. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Great game room in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean with balcony, tons of beautiful bird chirping all day long. Walkable to anything in downtown Solvang.

We loved the bungalow, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beds were super comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. Annie and Ed provided a binder with lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. We walked to a local restaurant that is tucked inside a grocer, The Sport Room, great Greek food. Everything was in walking distance or a quick Uber ride. We did cook dinner one night and the kitchen was well stocked, loved the old oven. Thankful for Ed’s YouTube tutorial on turning it on! Annie was easy to communicate with and super responsive. We hope to come back!

Absolutely lovely home, so inviting, peaceful, and extremely accessible to all the essentials and local delights like coffee, groceries, books, restaurants, arts, entertainment, etc. Ellen was incredibly welcoming and kind, making everything so easy and smooth. I absolutely loved it and look forward to coming back!

The Railroad house was amazing!! Michael was very communicative and we really appreciated all the little (and big) details in the house! The history of the house is super cool, the kitchen was well stocked (extras in fridge and pantry like snacks and condiments), the bedrooms had extra blankets and the comfiest beds!! There were extras for kids/babies like toys and a bean bag chair, and the outlets even had covers. We were traveling with our 11 month old and really appreciated the small things that they didn’t forget like the outlet covers, it’s hard enough traveling with a little one, they put our minds at ease with the small details. Check in and check out were seamless, we have a Tesla and really appreciated the Tesla charger they let us use, we will absolutely be back to stay here next time we visit SLO. Don’t pass up this lovely space!

We had the best time at Beth’s home! It was so comfortable and accessible to Los Olivos. The gym, coffee and music were by in far the best I’ve ever experienced but I also must say the decor and thoughtful amenities in rooms really made this stay special

Raymond and his wife were so accommodating when our original rental fell through at the last minute. We felt welcome, safe and cared for. They quickly fixed the dryer. The home is thoughtfully decorated and well furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy nooks to sit in & enjoy, an inspiring library to leaf through, thoughtful decor, a spacious yoga studio, and a wonderful kitchen to prepare meals in. We highly recommend her unique and special home~

Michael and Eleanor were extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave lots of tips about the surrounding areas like restaurants and things to keep us busy. The home was welcoming and clean. Any questions I had I did receive a response in a timely matter. Would definitely book again
