What a slice of Paradise - this location is a hidden gem. From the incredible views to the top of the line hot tub…this property begs to be shared with family and friends. The custom fire pit is incredible. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The lighting being hooked up to Alexa is genius - I’ve rented too many properties where you just don’t know what switches go to what lights. This removed the guess work…especially upon arrival if it is dark! The lake is pristine and peaceful. Perfect for families or friends that want to relax and rejuvenate. I will 100% be back!! There are so many options for vacationers these days…I’m grateful I made the choice to stay here!!! Thx

I spent a week at this beautiful little cabin with my two grandchildren. It was the perfect size and looks just as beautiful as the pictures inside and out. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. The lake can be seen from the cabin and we enjoyed the dock for fishing and watching the ducks. It’s very close to town for groceries etc but very quiet and peaceful on a dead end street. Jason was very welcoming and always available for questions and quick to respond. The only thing that would have made it better for my grandkids is if there was easier access for getting into the lake with a a little beach area or a lawn that went down to the water. But if you want a quiet get away in beautiful surroundings don’t hesitate.

Troy’s home is absolutely gorgeous! We were only there for a short stay but it was comfortable, had everything we needed, and had such a beautiful view of the lake. The game room is outstanding, but I wish we hadn’t been too busy to use the hot tub. Troy is one of the easiest hosts — very responsive, flexible and welcoming. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again!

We had been looking for a private vacation spot on a lake that would accommodate our intergenerational family of 8 and 2 pets for a few years. Sweetwater Cottage was worth the wait! The long backyard and raised screened in porch made for exquisite views of the sunsets while our kids and dogs played. Quiet lake and neighbors made for an equally perfect spot for early morning fishing and afternoon naps while listening to the loons. We caught several bass, lake trout and even a landlocked salmon out on our flat bottom boat, and the kids were endlessly entertained by catching sunfish off of the dock. The provided paddleboards were a favorite. We even paddled out to the small island where we got up close to a Bald Eagle's nest and took turns jumping off the small wooden platform on a rope swing. The house was beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and a sectional couch that fit our whole family for game nights. Lots of great memories and photos made. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely loved this spot! Super easy to drop your boat at the boat launch 5 Mins down the road and then have it right out front all week! The house was exactly as pictured if not better. It was clean, cozy and they were super responsive! Would 100% stay again!

Another perfect stay at what has come to be a home away from home for us. We've been coming here for years and are so grateful for the memories we make together in this little piece of paradise. Thank you, Chris, for always being an outstanding host.

Wonderful cabin to stay. It was warm, quiet and very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and so was the bathroom. The pond was beautiful and peaceful to watch in the evening though I couldn't enjoy the outdoor amenities because of the weather but they were available if I wanted to use them. I would definitely recommend that you give it a try.

Betty is a very sweet woman. Her place is wonderful. It was so peaceful, beautiful and wonderful. It has great views. I cannot wait to go back. I love Betty. Thank you so much for everything and God Bless and be well.

Very cozy cottage with a beautiful view of the lake especially at sunset. Served our purpose for a large party to stay together. Would have been better if it had air conditioning but it was clearly stated that it didn't we just didn't realize it would be so hot outsidr and had to get additional fans.

We had a wonderful stay at Patsy’s place, we did not want to leave! It’s even better than the pictures—charmingly decorated, beautiful setting, and all the comfort amenities. WiFi was excellent, the smart TV reception was great, the kitchen is nicely stocked with multiple cooking options (oven, microwave, crock pot, air fryer), the beds are comfortable, and the view through the living room window is so peaceful we had a hard time tearing our eyes away from it. Patsy is a great hostess and has added lovely touches to the cabin so that people will feel at home. We loved the decorations! She even arranged fishing poles when she learned that my husband loves fishing. We hope to return to Maine for another visit (so much left undone!), and will definitely seek to return here - we want to come back!

Jason’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay! The cabin is both cozy and modern, lots of really nice amenities! Jason also went to extra mile for little personal touches…I can’t say enough great things!

a rustic fishing camp on North Pond. Beautiful views of the water. Bathroom has been updated, nice shower with good water pressure. Arrived the middle of October, the propane heater was enough to keep us warm at night. Less than 25 minutes drive into Waterville. For those familiar and comfortable with the simple lake cabin life. We enjoyed it.

The location is amazing and he place was clean and well organized. We talked a bit with Joe about the lake and fishing - He is a wealth of local knowledge and a great guy!

We had a great stay at one ofJoe and Misty’s cabin. Beautiful location. Views of the lake and Mt. Kineo were amazing. The cabin had everything we needed and our dog enjoyed it too.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for my friends and I. It was right outside of Greenville and the views of Mt. Kineo were priceless. Joe and Misty are both very accommodating and welcoming hosts. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. The ducks were an amazing addition to the stay as well. 10/10 would recommend this stay.
