Frank and Kathy are THE BEST! The space was perfect—so clean and comfy. It was also private and easy to access. My favorite feature: the heater in the bathroom! The location is also 700 feet from my best friend, so I will be back!!! Truly, this has been my best AirBnB experience ever.

Beach front view, hot tub & a fire pit, hearing the waves crashing outside & seeing starry night sky was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. John & Carol were such an amazing host and so helpful to accommodate us if needed and there was open communication which made the experience even more comfortable. Their space felt so welcoming that we wished we had a longer weekend to be able to stay an extra day or 2. Highly recommend, honestly the view of the beach was amazing, local restaurants and marketplace within minutes away (no more than 8 min), everything we needed was all there. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay♡

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

We loved staying at Milan’s place. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and fun with all the games. We stayed there for my father-in-law’s service and celebration of life in nearby Marlboro. It was a prime location in many ways and allowed our immediate family to come together to share many memories. Thank you, Milan

Such a clean and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. I travelled a few states in the past 2 weeks and that was by far the best sleep I’ve had while travelling. Ryan was very easy to communicate with should there be an inquiry. 10/10 recommend

The apt is great. Modern. It is next to the T (subway). There are lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Very modern. Easy to park in the street. It is easy to find a charger, like us, if you have an electric car.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Amy's property. It was exactly what we needed for our Christmas vacation visiting family. The check in instructions and overall instructions were very thorough. She was a super responsive host and always answered our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed the property and felt there was a good amount of space on the lower level and the bedrooms upstairs were cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again soon!

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.
