We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

Ms Oanh was very communicative and was prompt. She also provided a housekeeper who was always available for us. The location is perfect to rewind and have some peace. The people around us was so nice and the housekeeper was always available to get us the stuff that we needed during our stay. This place is absolutely valued for price. PS - loved the pool floatie! :)

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

숙소를 찾기 쉬우며, 숙소의 주변에 같이 사용하는 편의 시설(레스토랑, 수영장, 헬스장 등)이 있어서 안에서 모든 것을 다 해결할수 있었다. 모든 시설은 사진과 동일 했다. 아주 좋고 편하게 즐기다가 갑니다. 저는 이곳을 적극 추천합니다. ^^

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Khanh was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience.

Holly's homestay was perfect for a 3-day stay for my family of 3. The place is as shown in the pictures complete with all the amenities. Train street and Beer street are at a walkable distance (5-7 mins walk) and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Circle K convenience store is one minute away right at the street corner. Basically all the main attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are closeby so it's a 5/5 in terms of location. Also, Holly is an extremely proactive, helpful and responsive host, she booked us a car for airport transfer, and tours for Ha Long and Ninh Binh, this made our trip to Hanoi smooth and hassle-free! Highly recommend Holly's place!

We absolutely loved staying at Nhung’s apartment. The location is right in the center of all the action at beer street yet somehow quiet and peaceful when you are in the apartment. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the layout of the apartment creating the perfect cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment is also very well kept and clean. We really appreciated how communicative Nhung was. Not only did she offer lots of local recommendations, but she also helped us book our overnight bus to Sa Pa. We also appreciated the amenities available, including a washing machine + detergent which allowed us to do our laundry. Would highly recommend this listing for anyone hoping to be right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Thank you so much Nhung! :)

Un muy buen sitio para un grupo grande donde pasar la estancia en Hanoii, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la calle y el dueño del airbnb nos lo soluciono enseguida y de manera muy eficiente, recomiendo al 100% el sitio

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4 days of stay in Jacee's place. They also arranged free airport pick up and drop off for us. The place is exactly as the photos in their listing. The place is smartly designed considering its limited place and the location is close to lots of attraction. Hope they add a kitchen sink, microwave, plates and other utensils to complete the homey vibes of PineHaus. Will definitely book this again when I come back to Hanoi. Thank you very much, Jacee!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Phung ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage top. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Mình tìm được chỗ này cho đoàn ở trong dịp công tác ngoài HN, phải nói là more than expected ý. Anh chị host siêu siêu nice, cho mình luôn một list hàng quán chất lượng. Nhờ vậy mà giờ về lại Saigon thì nhớ Hanoi hơn :D My team was on a business trip in Hanoi and we decided to stay here. All I wanna say is everything was more than expected: super nice and friendly host, good location, and you will be recommended an excellent restaurants list by our host. Schöne Wohnung mit dem nötigsten was man braucht, ein schöner Balkon, A/C und heißes Wasser, dazu die liebste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Alles ist mit Liebe gestaltet, Be verkauft unten selbst bemalte T-Shirts und Taschen in die man sich nur verlieben kann ♡ Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man hat somit einen guten Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Great property, great bathtub and kitchen. All the team was very helpful, they answer whatever help you ask within 5min. And thier storage room to keep luggage after stay was super deal. I recommend airbnb community to stay here and enjoy the city walkable areas.
