너무 너무 좋은 위치와 집주인의 친절함 이동간 택시보다 저렴한 차비로 이동을 시켜줍니다!! 다만 단점은 풀빌라특성상 오픈된 공간들이 있다보니 모기가 많다는점ㅠ 그외의 모든 부분은 완벽했습니다.

어른 7명, 어린이 4명 3대가 함께 편안하고 즐겁게 5박6일을 즐겼습니다. 특히 부모님과 아이들이 아주 만족하셨고, 5개 룸마다 욕실과 화장실이 있어서 정말 편하게 사용했어요. 수영장도 깨끗하고, 런더리 서비스와 공항 픽업, 샌딩 서비스도 감사했습니다. 그 외 숙소 주변 즐길거리와 다낭을 더욱 즐길 수 있는 다양한 팁을 주신 것도 좋았습니다. 바로 옆집에 코코넛 커피 맛집이 있어서 더 행복했네요. 대가족이 이용할 숙소를 찾으신다면 강력추천드려요. 호스트님의 응답도 정말 빨라요!

너무나도 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 넓은 거실 공간과 실내에 위치한 수영장, 여러 개의 방 및 개별 화장실 등 여러가지 만족할만한 요소를 갖추었습니다. 호스트의 신속한 응대도 좋았습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행이 되었습니다.

성인7인과 초등학생 1명 총8명이 다같이 머물수 있는 공간이면서 4팀의 개별적인 공간이 필요했는데 호텔로 예약하기에는 가격은 둘째치고 너무 동떨어진느낌? 이라 티미하우스로 예약했어요 후기가 많지 않아서 걱정했는데 메세지 답장 너무 빨랐고 방도 5개라 전혀 모자람 없었고,화장실은 차고넘치게 많았어요! 매일같이 수건교체와 청소를 해주었고 매우 만족스럽습니다. 대가족이 같이간거라 개별공간과 공용공간이 모두 필요했는데 일정출발전과 종료 후에 1층 거실에 모두 모여서 얘기하고 야식도 먹고 할수있어서 너무 좋았어요! 방은 모두 청결했고 가지고간 샤워필터가 맞지 않았는데 이미 설치되어있는 샤워필터가 있었어요! 한시장도 도보10분 안쪽으로 금방 갈수있었고 트레블로그 유니온페이 수수료 없이 출금할수있는 atm이 숙소 도보2분 거리에 있어서 잘 이용했어요 부모님도 너무 마음에 들어하셨고 다낭을 가족들과 다시 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있을정도로 만족스러운 곳입니다!

로컬 지역에 애정이 많은 호스트를 만나는 건 큰 행운이죠! 오랜만에 에어비앤비의 운영 취지에 가장 부합하는 호스트님을 만난 것 같습니다. Truong의 친절한 응대와 로컬 팁들이 이번 다낭 여행을 더욱 특별하게 만들었습니다. 여행 일정을 비롯해 여러가지 로컬 팁들을 알려주셔서 관광 가이드북에서는 찾을 수 없는 진짜 다낭을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 부모님을 모시고 간 여행이었는데, 숙소도 깨끗하고 필요한 용품들이 잘 구비되어 있어서 2박 3일 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 올 수 있었어요. 냉장고, 전자레인지 있고 티비 같은 경우에는 유튜브도 시청가능합니다. 숙소 위치가 조금 외진 골목길에 있긴 하지만 바로 옆이 학교라 낮에는 활기 넘치고, 주변에 있는 이웃분들도 선하셔서(오며가며 만날 때마다 인사 건네주십니다) 안전하게 지내실 수 있다고 생가해요. 많이들 가시는 선짜야시장, 용다리 같은 곳들도 도보로 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 위치도 정말 좋은 편이에요. 저희 가족은 총 5명이 이용했는데, 더블베드 방이 4개나 있어서 8명 이상도 충분히 수용 가능할 듯 합니다. 대가족으로 여행오실 때 한 숙소에서 묵으셔야 한다면 정말 강추드리는 숙소입니다. 다음에 다낭에 오면 또 묵겠습니다!

내집처럼 편안하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변이 조용하고 조금만 움직이면 번화가라서 흠잡을곳 없는곳입니다.

Отличнейшее жилье по соотношению цена/качество. ТЦ и Мост дракона в шаговой доступности, магазин очень близко. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный, даже было несколько грустно уезжать. Если вернусь в Дананг, определенно буду жить здесь.

Beautiful apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Host is very friendly and amenable. Easy to find and get about in Da nang

We were a group of 3 people that stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. It was accurate to photos, spacious, great wifi, and convenient in-unit laundry. Beds are firm for western standards. The view of the mountains from the rooms are lovely. The pool on the roof had an incredible view and we loved watching the sunset from there! There is a motorbike parking lot with security at the bottom of the building. There’s a strong fish smell on the street at night; if you leave the laundry closet open for a while, the apartment will smell a bit. You’ll need a grab to reach any tourist areas—we didn’t find much to do in the immediate area. For some reason some Grab drivers get confused finding the apartment for rides and food delivery. None of this is the host’s fault, of course. The bigger bathroom could use a deep clean as there is some mold and grime between tiles and around the window. With all this being said, we had a nice stay and I would recommend it.

숙소는 해변과 주변 레스토랑 모두 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 그리고 숙소가 고층이라 저녁에 소음도 없고 너무나 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative

I can say Linh is a professional host, she is great at organising all the processes. Living in the house with several flats I felt complete privacy. The location is a golden middle between all the main places in Da Nang.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

편안하고 내집처럼 잘 머물렀어요. 호스트의 빠른 응답도 좋았습니다. 미케비치와 가깝고 발코니에서 매일 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 주변엔 한식당, 로컬 식당, 마트 등이 많아요. 다낭에서 위치로 보면 최고입니다. 다음에 또 방문할 의향이 있어요.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the host was awesome—responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central and convenient getaway!

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.
