Host Chau is very warm & friendly. Always responsive to our needs. Very good location, 3 min walk to night market & eating places. Peaceful & nice environment. Highly recommended to stay at this place.

Muy bonito, disfrutamos de la piscina, muy limpia, muy encantador, está apartado del bullicio pero en 3 minutos andando llegas al mercado nocturno y centro de la ciudad, la dueña encantadora y nos explicó todo muy bien, gracias por todo!

Vuong was clear and communicative. Our trip was a last minute switch from another location due to a natural disaster there, and we weren’t as prepared as normal. They helped us with various other things to understand and see/do. The peaceful location by the river was nice - the only drawback being the nearby rooster that wakes up early and with some fanfare!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

Hoi An offers a unique blend of local agricultural life and tourist attractions, centered around its beautiful ancient town. In addition to the town, Hoi An features peaceful, uncrowded beaches. Do River Homestay is ideally located between the ancient town and the beaches, both accessible by foot or bicycle. If you think Hoi An is just about the ancient town, you're missing out on its serene nature and lush rice and vegetable fields, which offer an experience rarely found in big cities. For a deeper appreciation of Hoi An, I recommend staying longer in a place like Do River Homestay, where you can closely observe local village life. The homestay provides functional facilities, cozy rooms in a separate building from the host’s house, and renovated, well-maintained bathrooms. The host is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what guests seek. I stayed for a month and enjoyed a very comfortable and enriching experience.

Linh’s place is a great find! We stayed for a few nights and found the location to be a perfect spot in town for us! Very close to the dragon bridge, and tons of storefronts and cafes! We are on a long trip around Southeast Asia, so finding a place with a large kitchen and washer/dryer combo was the highlight for us, definitely made us feel at home with all of those conveniences! The rooms are a decent size, with a private bathroom, desk, mini fridge big bed and wardrobe closet in them (and the air con works very well too!). We thought that the rooms were also pretty well spread out too, as we hardly ever heard the other guests when in them. The common space that you share with the other guests is VERY well maintained and has a homey feel to it, there is an outdoor patio on the ground floor along with a rooftop one! The instructions to get into the house are very clear, which was nice since we arrived quite late into the night. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this spot and plan to return!

We had a great stay at Tan's place. The property is really big and comfortable and it's a short Grab to most attractions on offer in Da Nang. As a host, Tan was super responsive to all my queries and the breakfast service was great, The pho and banh mi were delicious!

This place has been by far an outstanding place to stay super clean and stylish! Staff was nice although kind of slow in responses though but everything else was great. Cheap stay as well.

Wij hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad! Als iemand aan mij zou vragen waar ze moeten verblijven in Da Nang, zou ik dit sterk aanraden! Alles was aanwezig en toen het regende kon ik lekker overdag een warm bad pakken. De host reageerde super snel! Alles wat je nodig hebt is, zelf een strijkplank en een EHBO setje. Al met al geven wij dit voorblijf en dikke, vette voldoende.

Linh is a very friendly host, initially there were some temporary entry issues with the key and digital locking system, but Linh came over to sort it out. Thereafter entry and exit became very smooth. Her place is very comfortable, all electrical gadgets, kitchen equipment, room inventory, bathroom and the living room was excellent. I can not hold myself to appreciate that small cute looking oven. This size, never seen it before. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the roomy bedroom and the living area. Keep it up Linh. I strongly recommend this property.

Nice apartment, a lot of space. The area around is close to main restaurants, coffee shops and bars (~700m). Air conditioning is OK, hot water is the shower is OK. Phuoc Quoc is a good host, polite and pleasant to talk to. We met for signing contract purpose only (this is a requirement from Vietnamese police). Check-in was by ourselves, the keys were in the locker with a code.

We loved this spot and would definitely stay here again when coming back! Super close to tourist attractions, the beach, and amazing neighborhood of local food and cafes. The host was super responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home!

Dai responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the location was perfect, with the bikes, which were free making it very easy to access old town. It was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Thao’s homestay is in a great location a couple minutes from old town. Her communication was great and had lots of local recommendations which were fab. The room was as described and very spacious. The only downside was that whenever anyone in the building used water my whole room would vibrate due to the pipes, and this would continue throughout the night making it very difficult to sleep even with noise cancelling headphones.

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Jaime's place was amazing! It was just as described in the listing. The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had an elderly person in our group and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom definitely helped. The kitchen was stocked well and the furniture was clean. The restaurant on site served delicious food. The free breakfast helped. Jaime really went above and beyond to make our first trip to Hoi A memorable experience. She gave lots of recommendations and even helped us with the pick up from the airport. Jaime is super sweet and her house is beautiful. Would definitely recommend her house to anyone planning a visit to Hoi An!

Tuan’s place was exactly as posted. Host is active and responds quick! Any inconvenience they will go out of their way to make it convenient!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Dai was a great host and even let us check in at 4am! They have laundry services which was great. They also have free bikes which we took out, my friends bike unfortunately went a bit wonky but Dai met us at the restaurant we were at to swap the bikes! Dai was very friendly and his mother too! Lovely family, would highly recommend
