This condo is immaculate, quiet and looks just like the photos. There are gorgeous, panoramic views from anywhere you stand. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you might need. Plenty of bath & beach towels. There are games and sand toys, etc. There isn't a thing the hosts haven't thought about. Just pack your bags and go! Ashwin is friendly and very quick to respond. Everything was clearly communicated. Encanto Resort is on a secluded beach with tons of shells. The only people on the beach are staying at the resort. It is perfect for families, people who want to avoid wild spring breakers, and for those who don't want to be constantly bombarded with vendors. This could be a plus/minus - the resort is a half an hour to town. There are no restaurants at Encanto or Luna Blanca. The snack bar wasn't open while we were there. The Mayan Palace is 5 minutes away and they have a few restaurants. To us, the tradeoff for private, pristine beaches is worth the drive!

The view from this apartment is great and pictures don't do justice! Robert was a great host and communication with him was very easy. We loved the hammock and the sauna feature, the pool was very cold as it is not heated so we only used it for a little bit right after the sauna to refresh our selfs. Host can heat the pool for you for US$35 per day and there is a minimum of 2 days! Restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the apartment.

es un lugar hermoso y cómodo, los host, siempre al pendiente, agradable para pasar un tiempo en familia, playas lindas y alberca agradable, hay que llegar con todo lo mas equipado posible, ya que la tienda mas cercana se encuentra a media hora del lugar, solo llegar con esa precaución y listo para pasarla genial

Great place to stay. Huge place (casa 1) with tons of room. Great place to chill with our family. Kitchen is missing some necessary dishware and seasoning and such. Make sure to bring some because we stay at a lot of homes like this and these are things we don't usually pack. Overall a fun place to stay. Highly recommend this house to everyone looking for a house this size.

Away from the loud city it is a beautiful condo with two big pools and private beach. Quiet and just beautiful. Definitely planning on returning. There is no near restaurants or stores therefore stock up on food and drinks.

We loved Romy’s adorable studio! The location was amazing, in a beautiful quiet area right next to (in my opinion) the best beach in town. Romy also had so many extra toys/amenities to make the experience even better - SUP/boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, the temazcal, etc. everything was perfect and Romy was so helpful and wonderful! It was the perfect couples getaway, 10/10 would recommend :)

I don’t even know where to begin The stay was amazing , I missed the border by a few minutes had to book a hotel room and host provided me a extra night free how amazing is that ? 🥰 host was very helpful and responsive ! The place was stunning!! Pictures didn’t do it justice . They supply everything you need from pots down to beach towels 10/10 experience don’t hesitate to book just book 💕 I’m very happy and Satisfied with my stay would book again

El alojamiento es fiel a la descripción, fui con mi familia y nos encanto , David y selina siempre atentos a nuestras dudas y necesidades . El personal del complejo también súper atentos desde el check in hasta que nos fuimos . Todas las amenidades del complejo están geniales , kayak es lo único que no pudimos hacer por cuestiones del horario de las mareas . sugiero consultar el calendario de mareas .. los atardeceres son bellisimos. Si llevan niños no carguen con juguetes acuáticos . Allí hay de todo.. definitivamente este alojamiento está al cien . Y volveremos ..
