beautiful house with lots of space and privacy. The owner was quick to communicate and accommodating to our check in requests. We walked to the closest beach on the highway, but i WOULD NOT recommend doing that. you have to drive to get in the ocean, but they are all close by. the house has boardgames, a pool table, cable tv, couches, patios. it really felt like vacation. Thank you Ryan. well be back

Thabet's house was beautiful. From the interior courtyard to the wonderful kitchen (needs lights over the cooking area and table) and the separate bedrooms with each it's own shower, the incredible outside patio with living area facing the sea, everything met our expectations and more. There are no amenities such as salt, sugar etc. supplied so make sure you know to being everything you may need for cooking. There are tons of wonderful restaurants in the vicinity a short drive away in Viejo Kino. We are looking forward to going there again. The only drawback was the very noisy neighbors above the house who decided to party, sing and shout until the wee hours over the weekend. I don't know what could be done about that however and it was only two nights. Ear plugs, I suppose. We would still not hesitate to recommend the house.

Liads place was amazing , lots of room loved everything about it . We loved going to the beach , we enjoyed upstairs living room !!!! The rooms need more curtains for the mornings its very bright and wakes the little ones up To early …. The guest bathroom water doesnt work as good as main house bathroom, some stuff is a little outdated but still good place and the stairs are super scary for a little toddler there but other Then that it was amazing peaceful and clean. Liad is by far The nicest and most polite host i have ever had .

This was our family's second stay at Joe's within 12 months. It is a special place that is a perfect mix of beachfront privacy and Mexican charm. Just far enough from the main area of San Felipe that you feel like you have the beach to yourself but close enough to take advantage of everything you would want to do. From a moonlit night-time bonfire, to gorgeous sunrises, it's a uniquely wonderful home. Our teenage boys love it and immediately asked when we are going back. We couldn't agree more.

The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We would have liked some more utensils and other things in the kitchen so we didn't have to try and buy so much, but we understand how that goes and were not upset in the slightest. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Muy contentos, casas espaciosas y zona tranquila. El precio si es elevado pero la alberca vale la pena, alberca muy grande, las habitaciones estaban de buen tamaño, la playa no esta tan cerca, a unos 5 minutos en carro. Considerar si lo que te gusta es la alberca. En general muy bien, sin duda regresaremos.

Villa is beautifully situated on Sandy Beach with an amazing view of the Port. We loved the Villa’s location and had 3 kids with us who also had an amazing time at the resort pools, slides, etc. Would definitely come back - it was a great value and the location couldn’t be beat!

This property was truly beautiful, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated that the host always made sure there was someone available just in case we needed anything.

The house was a great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect for large groups and kid friendly too. Eric and Carol were easy to communicate with and always responsive!
