Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

Peaceful, quiet and private. Graziella and Alberto are really nice hosts, communication was great. The house is sparkling clean, spacious and warm. It was a great experience.

Cristina hat uns persönlich begrüsst, das Haus gezeigt und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Auch hat sie für uns ein kleines Morgenessen organsiert, so das wir nach der Ankunft nicht gerade einkaufen mussten. Das Haus ist etwas ausserhalb von Levanto, aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof, die Parkkarte war sehr hilfreich. Der Garten ist vollständig umzäunt, was für unseren Hund super war. Im Haus hat es alles was man braucht. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

I usually write short reviews, but this is going to be long: Federico embodies what Airbnb is supposed to be: accommodation that makes you feel at home away from home. His hospitality is unmatched—and I have stayed at many Airbnbs! 1st, he came to personally pick us up from the train station in his car because he knew we had a small kid! What a gentleman! 2nd, I had forgotten to update the number of guests when we had our sister join us later, which meant that the house needed more preps to accommodate us all, but Federico was easy about. He quickly took care of it once we updated the information. And finally, we arrived at a time when many local restaurants and supermarkets were closed for the winter. To make sure we didn’t go hungry, Federico went out of his way to get us enough supplies for dinner, complete with a bottle of sparkling wine!What a wonderful human being! We’ll definitely be back! And the views! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gemacht für einen perfekten Urlaub. Es gibt alles, bis zu den kleinsten Details, wie z.B. Wäscheklammern. Das Bett ist super, der Kühlschrank auch mit einem Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ein Traum. Am besten mit einem kleinen, wendigen Auto kommen. Die Auffahrt und die Straßen der Gegend sind nicht ganz einfach zu befahren.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

La casa di Nicoletta e suo marito è un bellissimo appartamento a Sampierdarena, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ampio posto auto privato, fermata bus sotto casa e meno di dieci minuti di cammino dalla metro. Host gentilissimi e pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze per check-in e check-out.

L'appartamento presenta aspetti positivi e negativi. È posto in una posizione comodissima, davvero strategica per la visita alla città. Vicinissimi troverete due supermercati e, proprio sotto, una panetteria praticamente sempre aperta. La persona che ci ha accolti ci ha fornito tantissime indicazioni utili e preziose. L'appartamento è pulito e il bagno spazioso. È però bene sapere che l' appartamento è al secondo piano e le scale sono ripide e strette, difficili per chi avesse passeggini, disabilità o bagagli pesanti. L'unica finestra affaccia sul palazzo antistante e sopra una cucina professionale, quindi è impossibile tenerla aperta e cambiare aria durante le ore di lavoro della cucina. Il pavimento è un po' in pendenza. Sono però dettagli che pesano solo se ci passate del tempo, se lo usate solo per dormirci è perfetto.

Hôte agréable, très réactive et de bon conseil. Appartement charmant comme le sont les vieux appartements rénovés ne recherchant pas la perfection tout en restant fonctionnels. Déco soignée et ambiance chaleureuse. Seul conseil : bien baisser la tête en franchissant la porte fenêtre pour accéder au balcon ... Situation plutôt facile sur le Porto Antico avec offre restos et terrasses à proximité, et en bordure du coeur historique de la ville accessible à pied. Et situé à 15/20 minutes à pied de deux gares permettant l'accès aux Cinque Terre, objectif de notre week end. Merci Carolina pour ce bel accueil

Comodissimo appartamento in posizione di Genova molto carina e ben comunicata sia al centro storico che al lungomare.

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Alloggio impeccabile, ospite gentilissima! Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole visitare Genova alloggiando in una zona tranquilla ma comunque comoda da raggiungere! Per chi ha bambini ci sono 2 parchi pubblici nelle immediate vicinanze e si può camminare e raggiungere il lungomare in 10 minuti!

Sono già stato in questo appartamento e ogni volta è sempre una garanzia!

L’alloggio di Francesco è pulito e accogliente, perfetto per passare qualche giorno a Genova. La zona è leggermente fuori dal centro ma fornita di parcheggi gratuiti (cosa ottima a Genova) e un supermercato a pochi passi. Il centro è raggiungibile comodamente con i mezzi dall’appartamento, a pochi metri c’è la fermata della metro e degli autobus. Super consigliato!

My wife and I had a great time at Simona's apartment. First impressions were that it was very clean with gleaming colourful tile floors. The bathroom, although quite small, was very clean with all amenities needed. Soap, shampoo, tp and enough towels. Bed was comfy with side tables and plenty of storage. Less than a 4 minute walk to the beach while walking at our speed. The balcony was great for two people with a new table and chairs to relax on. Simona was lovely and even checked in with us to see if we were doing ok because we hadn't a need to contact her for any issues. There are stairs to climb to get to the apartment but she clearly mentions this several times in her listing. We were aware and prepared. We really enjoyed it here and to be honest, we would rent this space from her again.

A wonderful and spacious apartment. The location is sensational, the information regarding restaurants, what to do and see was perfect. Elana was the perfect host.

Appartamento poco distante dell'Acquario. Posizione strategica per visita la zona. Nuovo, pulito e ben arredato. Sotto all'appartamento si trova un piccolo centro commerciale e un ristorante.

Petit appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut proche du vieux centre et plutôt tranquille. La communication et les explications avec Paola étaient très clair. Attention, l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement est plutôt raide et exiguë mais une fois en haut, tout est très bien.

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Casa molto bella, vivibile e accogliente con spazi ampi e soprattutto un balcone con una vista fantastica. La casa è fronte mare e si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma cmq a pochi minuti dal centro ed in più c'è un utile supermercato sotto casa. È attrezzata con tutto quello che serve compreso lavastoviglie e lavatrice. L'host è amichevole, disponibile e rapido e preciso nelle comunicazioni. Consiglio vivamente

The location is very good, close to everything, quiet at night, the apartment is very well organized and pleasant. And the host, Luca, was welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed.
