Great oceanfront apartment in the bustling town of Cabarete. Super location on the water in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, night spots and water sports all along the coast line. Maarja was a great host, super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!!

We stayed at Carmen's condo for a month and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the ocean view. The pool was large and a great temperature. We met some new friends there and we are looking forward to going back. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff, we will miss them. The condo was well stocked and the large bedrooms had comfortable beds. Thank you Carmen & Eric for such a wonderful time.

Had a great stay- there was a little miscommunication with the driver who took me directly to the condo instead of the check in area but once we got is sorted out everything was great - would definitely rent again- Thanks

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí. Un lugar cerca de las playas hermosas de Sosua, a tan solo unos minutos en auto. El lugar tal cual como en las fotos y completamente equipado, tanto Catalina como Elaine fueron muy receptivas y con recomendaciones excelentes para una estadía maravillosa! Sin duda alguna volveremos a este lugar💕🙌🙏🏽 Gracias por las atenciones recibidas

Daret war eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht und weil es mir zu dunkel war hatte ich um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Ein paar Minuten später hat sie uns eine alternative geboten und wir hatten sogar einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer ohne Aufpreis! Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man so benötigt. Küche inkl. Kühlschrank und Espressomaschine. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind super und es gab einen Haarföhn. Das einzige was man wissen muss ist, dass die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt und es laut sein kann in der Nacht durch die Fahrzeuge. Ansonsten ist man direkt am Meer. Es gibt einen schönen Strand gleich vor der Tür. Zudem kann man auch bei Daret im Lokal lecker essen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved the space it was cozy and very clean. It was my first time staying at this location and will definitely come back. Paola is super friendly and very helpful.

Everything was so nice and flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They helped me stay for a month, which was great. Great pool and bbq area. Will definitely come back when I’ll go to the Dominican Republic

Très beau séjour passé chez Chris Toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Tout se faisait à pied moyennant un bon 20 min de marche pour se rendre à la route principale

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

Denisa was and incredibly friendly and helpful host. She picked me up and took me to the supermarket. She was responsive and understood /spoke English well. I'd definitely book this place again on my next trip to Sosua.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

Kw was extremely helpful and very proactive in providing information in advance to complete the required E-ticket for Dominican immigration and checking whether transportation was required from the airport. The location is ideal and within a 5-minute walk of all the great downtown Cabarete restaurants and bars on the beach. Janet's the local grocery store is also just a 5-minute walk away for all your food and beverage needs. The room is easily accessible and on the first floor which made it easy to get out to and back in from the pool or to go for a walk along the beach. Hope to stay there again!
