The apartment was exactly like the shown on the photos. Clean, great location, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, with all the things necessary for a great holiday. The area was quite, but very close to everything.The hosts were great. Tatiana waited for us and welcomed us, being responsive all the time during our holiday, very nice, flexible and helping with questions. Would definitely recommend for families.

I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s in a great location, with easy access to major points of interest by car in just a few minutes, and many places are within walking distance. The apartment itself is well-equipped with most essentials for a comfortable stay. As for minor drawbacks, the lighting could be improved, and the light switch placements aren’t very convenient. Additionally, the toilet flush issue noted in previous reviews hasn’t been resolved. However, these were all minor issues that didn’t detract from our overall positive impression of the apartment.

Wir waren zum 2x in dieser Unterkunft und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es fühlt sich an wie nach Hause kommen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist bequem und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ebenfalls super. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight für uns. Außerdem ist man in ca. 10 Gehminuten am Nissi Beach. Jeder der einen entspannten Urlaub haben und Ayia Napa erkunden möchte sollte diese Unterkunft buchen.

Affordable accommodation in the area with all the essentials for a pleasant holiday time. Communication seamless. A convenient starting point for exploring the island. Large sun terrace and amply equipped kitchenette. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Nina and Patrick were fantastic hosts, will definitely stay there again. Having three separate bathrooms for everyone was a great addition to our holiday!

Wonderful location. The apartment with a large balcony. Very convenient and comfortable beds. Cleanliness higher. The host is attentive. Absolutely all the necessary items will be found on the spot. 300 meters to Nisi Beach. After a 200 -meter walk, there are many choices for restaurants. The whole family liked it so much that I still think about going for a vacation, and I don't think elsewhere ...

This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

Wir waren über Silvester in der Villa und es war ein Traum. Als wir ankamen hatten wir sogar Essen im Kühlschrank und auch am nächsten Tag brachte Nikos ein leckeres Essen als Willkommensgruß vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und sind froh, so einen tollen Ort entdeckt zu haben. Silvester ist dort eindeutig ruhig & es sind kaum andere Gäste was wir sehr schön fanden. Winter auf Zypern in der Villa können wir definitiv empfehlen 😊

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

Nice place to relax. Sauna was big plus for us and we loved the garden. Theres cafe within 1 min walking distance, for some fresh juice snacks and ice cream. And decent cafe/restoraunt in 3 min drive. Small minus: wifi was slow, and no working place(table and chair) Not a problem for most but i had some work to do and used bed for working and mobile hotspot.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Evin konumu güzeldi ferah bir evdi. Ev sahibi ilettiğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Evde Bulunmayan eşyaları talep Üzerine getirdiler. adanın kendinden kaynaklı su sıkıntısı yaşadık sular çok az akıyordu ve ev güneş enerjisiyle ısındığı için gittiğimiz mevsimi itibari ile Sular ısınmadı. Ev sahibi yandaki evi de bizim için açarak elektrikli şofben bulunan başka bir banyoyu Kullanmamızı sağladı. Küçük aksilikler dışında olumlu bir konaklamayı da kendine teşekkür ederiz

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

The space is in a quiet area but right near the restaurants and the ancient ruins. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Nice big apartment! The kitchen is well equipped. Very big terrace, which we really enjoyed. Lots of seating and a sunshade on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. It was great that both rooms had their own bathroom. The only problem for me was the cold floors, but there was no problem with flip-flops.

Het was een erg mooi appartement, een echte top locatie en een hele aardige host die altijd goed reageerde en leuke tips gaf. Wij hebben een top weekje gehad.

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.
