Couldn’t be more delighted with our stay here at Pavlos’s! The villa was perfect and had everything we need, so beautiful, especially during the sunrises! We got a car for the week but we did also enjoy the walk down to the strip , about 15 minutes and plenty to see. Pavlos and the team were very helpful and quick to respond , thank you! Would definitely come and stay again :))

The Villa it self was a 10/10 experience. Everything was very clean and spotless. The villa was very spacious, really good for six people. The kitchen had all the essential amenities for cooking. The location was also good. The villa is a 5 min walk away from the beach and the protaras main strip which has many restaurants etc. Just take into concideration that the Villa is next to a busy road, so there was a little bit of noise from the traffic. The pool area and the sunbeds were nice and comfy. The patio area was also very nice and clean.

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. Great accommodation with everything you need, e.g. all kirchen essentials were there. If something came up, Antony came by and fixed it within hours, communication was super easy and fast. The house was located in a small village, so it was quite important to have a car to get around/ for grocery shopping etc., but theoretically you could also get to Ayia Napa etc. by public busses. The outdoor pool area was our favorite place around the house since there were many comfy options to chill and enjoy the sun or to have a barbecue in the evenings. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at Kyriaki’s place. It was conveniently located for our trip and Kyriaki was extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our arrival and very flexible which took some stress away from our journey. The apartment was lovely and clean, everything as described. Outdoor space is lovely and private. Great pool that was attended to during our stay. We would love to come back again :)

Everything about the villa was great. From the location to the actual villa itself. The hosts were very helpful and their response time was also always very swift, they made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. They also sent us a link to an app for the villa we could download, which covered everything we needed to know from the accommodation to the different pubs/restaurants in the area. Thanks Xenios!

Very nice place and exactly as pictured. Alex was always available and responsive. This however is not a luxurious 5 star resort, but you’re not paying 5 star prices either. The only negatives are out of their control: We found the gym to be small and overcrowded and not worth the price (7/day, 25/wk, 60/mo) and screaming children (and it was the off season).

great location, very close to the beach! the villa is well equipped and big enough for 8 people. It's surrounded by other villas, but the neighbors are really quiet. Good value. thanks!

Sharon is a wonderful host, very responsive and happy to help with all enquiries. Good location if you want to stay out from the hussle. The house was great with lovely big living space downstairs. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Anthea’s place was lovely, very bear the sea and with lots of useful amenities nearby especially for families. Anthea as a host is very responsive and she answered promptly all our questions. I highly recommend her and her place to others looking for a peaceful area for families around the area of protaras/paralimni. The place was clean and cosy.

We had the best time here! It’s a perfect location - situated ideally between gorgeous beaches and the town (restaurants and shops). Zoe’s place had absolutely everything we needed for our family and we felt right at home in her lovely place. Zoe herself was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay with our two toddlers easy and enjoyable. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend others to stay here too! Thank you so much for an incredible stay Zoe.

Nick provided a full-service experience, promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us with obtaining tickets to events near Ayia Napa. Everything listed in the advertisement was present, and the four bathrooms and four bedrooms were a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Such a rare find. We were so lucky to have such a beautiful spot with the quietest beach you could imagine, even when the waves were big the bay was peaceful and calm. Even the temperature of the sea was warmer on our little beach. Enjoyed snorkelling around. Was able to bring my 82 year old mum into the sea safely with a pair of crocs on. The pool was warm and clean. Serviced daily too. Even the beach was clean. Dream holiday home. Highly recommend.

Brilliant stay at Connie’s with six adults and our two young sons. Loads of room, great garden / lawn, spacious and sunny outdoor eating areas with a bbq. Pool area is amazing with loungers that have shades, super comfy. Walkable to the beach, town and Lidl two mins down the road. Connie is super responsive and helpful. Some gorgeous swims at fig tree bay and konnos bay. We even had a late flight and Connie allowed us to go to her other home with our kids to hang out before heading to the airport. 10/10 trip, we plan to return!

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

A lovely home in a great location. We had been to the area previously so knew the area and Jan’s home was a lot easier to get around than the last place we stayed. Having downloaded the old welcome notes I may have e driven Jan mad in the first 24 hours but she was very patient with me 😊 would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed with my family at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have been more impressed. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding—every room was spotless, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. One feature that particularly stood out was the villa's recycling system. The bins were provided and clearly marked, making it easy for us to sort our waste properly and feel like we were making an eco-friendly contribution during our stay. It’s refreshing to see a property that takes sustainability seriously. Location-wise, it was ideal. Agia Thekla Beach was just a short 5-minute drive away, which made getting to the stunning, less-crowded coastline incredibly convenient. We loved spending time at the beach during the day and coming back to relax by the villa’s private pool in the evening. I would love to stay again in future!

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Our Host was pleasant and quick to respond to our queries. The villa is well equipped, spacious and very clean. The pool was cleaned regularly and the outside area neatly maintained. Highly recommended and look forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely week in Apple Tree Villa and would highly recommend it. Menelaos the villa manager was extremely helpful throughout with thorough pre arrival information and all queries answered. His local knowledge is tailored to your holiday needs and we had very good food and beach recommendations. Milk and bread etc ready for your arrival and Menelaos also delivered sweet treats halfway through the week which was a lovely surprise. The villa is perfect for families and couples and the pool a good size and very clean. The outside space gives lots of options for sun or keeping cool at any time of day. The garden has good privacy from the road. The church on the hill (Profitis Elias) is a wonderful viewpoint just down the road and good exercise! Walking to the north end of Protaras strip very easy 10-15mins. Our favourite beaches were a little further- Green Bay and Konnos. Definitely recommend!
