Séjour très agréable dans le bel appartement d’Alessandra. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre. On s’y sent bien! Pour se rendre à Venise depuis l’appartement, il faut prendre un bus qui vous conduit en 5-10 minutes au bateau qui vous emmènera à Venise en 10 minutes. L’arrêt de bus est à 1 minute à pied de l’appartement. Les transports maritimes fonctionnent presqu’en continue, nuit et jour il y a une ligne qui vous conduira où vous ramènera de Venise. Alessandra est toujours disponible et elle répond rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons apprécié séjourner au Lido car c’est un excellent compromis pour profiter facilement des splendeurs de Venise tout en ayant la possibilité de s’éloigner de la foule pour bénéficier des plages et de la tranquillité du Lido. Si vous avez envie de découvrir l’île du Lido et même au-delà l’île de Pellestrina, nous vous conseillons de louer un vélo et de partir à l’aventure en longeant la côte. Beautiful house in a great location. An oasis with calm and sense of space away from the intensity of Venice. The house is in a residential part of Lido, 3 min bike ride or 12 min walk from the heart of Lido or the ferry to Venise. It is well appointed with newly renovated bathrooms. Simonetta has been welcoming, very responsive and a great source for local restaurants, water taxi, etc… her passion for this area shows. We spent 2 weeks and had a great time, balancing activities in Venice, bike rides along the beach in Lido and chill down time at the house.

Excellent séjour à Venise ! Merci à Giorgio pour son accueil et pour le logement qui avait tout l'essentiel pour notre court sejour. La quiétude de la plage du Lido hors saison était idéale pour faire une pause respiration entre les visites des sites touristiques et artistiques, facilement accessibles grâce à l'embarcadère tout proche.

Appartement très sympa très propre et hôte toujours disponible, nous l’avons beaucoup sollicité pour nous aider dans nos périples et elle nous a à chaque fois répondu gentiment et rapidement Merci beaucoup nous avons apprécié le voyage !

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

La taverna è veramente molto carina, arredamento minimal ma funzionale, dotato di tutto l’occorrente per la permanenza e situato in un punto comodo per esplorare la città. Simone e i suoi genitori sono stati super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito posto auto, due bici per poterci muovere in autonomia e si sono messi a completa disposizione per le nostre esigenze dandoci disponibilità oraria flessibile. Lo consiglio!

We had such a nice stay at Casa Lova. Laura was a wonderful host, from start to finish, and the house is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. One of my best Airbnb experiences!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einer netten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kanal! Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, besonders die Nähe zum Strand haben die Kinder geliebt. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen!

Lovely little apartment very nicely furnished and decorated. Modern, clean, and homely. Withing the old town of Choiggia with easy access to the main shopping street and restaurants just across the footbridge.

Die Zeit in Chioggia war großartig, die Unterkunft liegt perfekt und ich sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Kommunikation mit Jean Pierre war sehr angenehm und er hat bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen. Sehr schönes Appartement um ein paar Tage in Chioggia zu verbringen. Danke!

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de notre séjour chez Paolo car tout ce qui est écrit dans l’annonce est conforme à la réalité. Quand on avait des question il répondait toujours rapidement, il donnait pleins de suggestions pour des restaurants, activités et transports. Au niveau de la propreté c’est impeccable ainsi que pour l’emplacement, un quartier calme et facile d’accès pour aller à Venise. Y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appart même des épices :) Le rapport qualité prix est plus que parfait et Paolo est très accueillant et bien intentionné. Si on reviendra à nouveau à Venise, on ira définitivement chez Paolo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, die Lage ist perfekt um schnell an den Strand zu kommen außerdem sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, alle Räume sind klimatisiert was in den Sommermonaten herrlich ist. Genial war der Balkon mit erhöhter Sitzgelegenheit der dazu einlädt das Nachtleben bei einem guten Glas Prosecco oder Bier zu beobachten. Insgesamt haben wir in dem Apartment einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Die Wohnung war absolut perfekt, sauber und ideal gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Lagune mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, auch abends wunderschön. Mit Bus und Boot ist man schnell in Venedig und abends kehrt man nach dem Trubel in Venedig zurück an den ruhigen Lido. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, warm und behaglich (wir waren zur kalten Jahreszeit dort) und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht Man kann das Auto vor dem Haus parken und es gibt sogar Fahrräder. Um die Ecke ist eine Pizzeria mit Take away Pizza und gegenüber ein Café/Bäckerei. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!!
