prachtig appartement op een prima locatie. dichtbij het strand en supermarkten op loopafstand. appartement was ruim opgezet en zag er uit zoals op de foto's. balkon was ruim en had fijne de gehele dag zon. aantal basisdingen ontbraken (waterkoker, afwasmiddel), maar dat was het enige waar wij tegenaan liepen.

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e ben riscaldati. La posizione è comoda sia per le spiagge che per il centro di Chioggia. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e le scale di accesso sono "impegnative" se si ha un grosso bagaglio. Le biciclette fornite permettono di spostarsi con facilità. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune aree di parcheggio a pagamento, 5-8-12 € al giorno in bassa stagione. Le istruzioni fornite permettono di trovare l'appartamento con facilità.

Hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalten, trotz einer Verspätung unserer Seite. Roberto ist flexibel darauf eingegangen. Wurden von ihm empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung und Lage war wie in der Beschreibung. Perfekt.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Sie liegt zwischen den typisch engen Gassen, ist jedoch einfach zu finden. Die Strandpromenade ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandra war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Antworten kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è ampio e offre tutto l'essenziale per soggiornarvi anche per del tempo. L'abbiamo trovato pulito e in ordine. Inoltre la zona giorno è davvero accogliente! Giovanni si è rivelato un host gentile ed estremamente disponibile. A partire dai giorni precedenti al soggiorno in cui ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie, sia riguardanti l'appartamento sia l'incantevole cittadina di Chioggia. E' stato anche davvero gentile nel consigliarci i posti migliori dove poter cenare per festeggiare un avvenimento.

Alles war super ;) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: ob Strand, Padel, Tennis oder abends ein Drink an der Bar - die Unterkunft war für unseren Familienurlaub zu sechst einfach super.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, gelegen in einer tollen Anlage mit Pool ( noch nicht verfügbar, der Jahreszeit geschuldet). Die Ausstattung war sehr reichlich, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Eigentümer ist sehr, sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat auch vorab eine Liste mit guten Tips für die Umgebung übermittelt. Die Lage ist super, msn gelangt schnell an den Strand und in die "Hauptstraße" mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man in 5-6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Host is very helpful and responsive. Apartments are very comfortable, modern and cosy. In reality it looks even better then on photos! There are wild rabbits running around. Children were happy. Own produced food and wine are good. Eraclea Mare is little bit far for a walk, but you can take a bike and get there in 10 minutes.

Estúdio de muito bom gosto, aconchegante e com todas as comodidades.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene a casa di Marco: gli ambienti sono ampi, luminosi e essenziali, il bagno, con una splendida e comoda doccia, è nuovissimo, la cucina ben fornita e molto ampia, il soggiorno molto grande e le camere con armadi enormi. Insomma, c'è tutto lo spazio di cui avete bisogno e anche di più (noi eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due bambine di 8 e 10 anni). E' presente l'aria condizionata, ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito, perché la casa è ben ventilata e ha una buona doppia esposizione. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla spiaggia ma molto tranquilla anche di sera. Abbiamo riposato meglio che a casa! Vicinissimi ristoranti e minimarket, noleggio bici, il centro è un po' distante (almeno una ventina di minuti a piedi), i posteggi nei dintorni sono quasi tutti a pagamento, noi ce la siamo cavata con un prezzo settimanale ragionevole.

Logement très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire et surtout au calme. Bien desservi par les transports en communs avec un bus juste à côté et le bateau bus facilement accessible pour aller à Venise. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons.

Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.

Aldo and his wife are a really nice couple who make you feel welcome. If you like walking/cycling, eating & drinking & watching the sunset on the lagoon then you will like it here.
