Sottomarina : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir haben uns im letzten September in Chioggia und dieses wunderschöne, lichtdurchflutete Appartment verliebt - und sind dieses Jahr wiedergekommen. Ein besseres Feedback kann man doch nicht geben oder ? Wir haben die maritime Atmosphäre direkt am Fischereihafen, die tolle Dachterasse, die kurzen Wege zu Fuß in der Altstadt, Fisch- Restaurants und -Markt wieder sehr genossen. Tipp: lieber nicht zu grosse und zu schwere Gepäckstücke packen, die bekommt man dann leichter ins 3. OG - keine Sorge: die Aussicht entschädigt für die Mühe !!!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l’alloggio di Anna, intanto devo confermare la prima impressione su Anna, una persona veramente cordiale, precisa e amorevole! Tutte le cose da lei elencate erano presenti, la cura e la pulizia al Top. L’alloggio è centralissimo, in una zona tranquilla, servito da mezzi pubblici, anche se noi avevamo mezzi propri. La riviera del Brenta è incantevole, Venezia è raggiungibile in autobus a pochi passi da casa, stessa cosa per il centro di Padova! Super Consigliato

We have spent six nights at the Mauro's place. It was very comfortable and clean. House is very close to the beach. Dogs were welcome and additionally there is a park next to the building. We have taken a car trip to Verona, a bus trip to Venice (bus stop is 5 min walk) and a walk to the Chioggia. I recommend this place.

Bon emplacement à 10 min à pieds d'une grande plage de sable fin et à proximité des lignes de bus dont une qui vous déposera directement sur la place de Venise. Logement neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire, propre, avec espace extérieur. Seul petit bémol la WiFi n'est pas disponible dans le logement mais uniquement sur la terrasse devant.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

Fantastica esperienza!! Location bellissima, pulita, a 5 minuti dal mare. Ampio giardino ben curato, la mia cagnolina è stata benissimo. La proprietaria Patrizia è veramente molto socievole e gentile, sempre pronta a dare indicazioni utili e sempre disponibile. Comunicazione durante tutta la vacanza eccellente. Consigliatissimo!!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Alles war super ;) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: ob Strand, Padel, Tennis oder abends ein Drink an der Bar - die Unterkunft war für unseren Familienurlaub zu sechst einfach super.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Für unsere Durchreise lag sie optimal in der Nähe der Autobahneinfahrt. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Grösse für unsere 5-köpfige Familie und bot mehrere Schlafgelegenheiten. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt :-) Nach der langen Autofahrt konnten die Kinder auf dem hübschen Vorplatz, der umzäunt war, spielen und sich austoben. der Kontakt mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was uns mit den Kindern sehr entgegen kam. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀👍

Bon emplacement, proche du Rialto pour passer sur l’autre rive , proche du grand canal et d’un arrêt de vaporetto. Appartement paisible, literie confortable . Bon accueil. Terrasse sur le toit à partager sympathique. Attention aux moustiques, ils sont déjà présent en Mars . Enchanté de notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville .

Totul a fost în regulă, dar dacă aveți probleme cu somnul sa va luați dopuri de urechi pentru ca traficul se aude destul de tare noaptea.
