Appartamento molto ampio, aria condizionata nelle camere e nella sala da pranzo ma non in cucina, ottimo il terrazzino che da direttamente sul giardinetto, dotazione di cucina di ottima qualità ma con qualche piccola mancanza. Molta cortesia da parte della proprietaria.

Luca è stato sin da subito simpatico, disponibile e cortesissimo. ci ha accolto di persona al check in e si è sincerato che andasse tutto bene anche nei giorni a seguire. Top dei top

Roberto was a super host. He was very kind, and and helpful throughout our stay. He always communicated in a friendly manner and with hospitality. The apartment is beautiful, and is in a superb location - just in the middle of the historic old town. We really loved Chioggia, it's a charming city, and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Very friendly welcoming and every day checking we are fine. Adorable mother keeping things in order and making guests feel comfortable. Lido is safe and public transport runs frequently and near. Nice market to buy ingredients for cooking. Tuesday morning big market near for example fresh fruits. We recommend this apartment and Cecilia if visiting Venice and need peaceful and safe living.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement mit ausgesprochen guter Lage! Es war sehr sauber und wesentlich größer als erwartet. Die Lage war zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Mit zwei Bädern außerdem perfekt geeignet für 4 Personen. Lediglich bei der Anreise gab es ein kleines Problem, weil sich die Wohnung nicht an der im Internet stehenden Adresse befand. Aber nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Host hat sich dies schnell klären lassen und wir kamen mit leichter Verzögerung an. Der Host war sehr freundlich und auch in unserer Abreisezeit sehr flexibel. Insgesamt: Daumen hoch!

This was our second long-term stay during the summer months. The new AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable during the hotter than normal season. This apartment is located in a prime location, especially if you want to partake in the Venice Film Festival. There are specialty markets from fruit & vegetable stands to butchers to bike shops all within an easy walk. And the weekly market days (Tuesdays and Fridays) offer everything from clothing to specialty cheeses. We ate in most evenings because we enjoyed preparing our meals at home. The building itself is quiet and very well maintained and Fabio always responds quickly to messages. Lido is beautiful, clean, buzzing with activity and offers wonderful walks along both the lagoon and Adriatic shores. Bike riding is also very popular with several shops that rent bikes.

Toppenlägenhet i Chioggia (lilla Venedig). Nära till allt. Missa inte fiskmarnaden. Lägenheten ligger nära färjan som går till Venedig ( man får åka båt, buss längst två öar samt sedan båten in till Venedig. Det tar ca 1 timme). Man kan även bara ta båten ut till Lido di Pellestrina och bada. Vi kan tänka oss att besöka Francos lägenhet igen.

There was no elevator and heating (we were already informed about it), other things: the location, the hotel, and the view were great.

Piero è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la casa è in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Padova senza entrare nel caos della città! Casa pulita e accessoriata, torneremo sicuramente.

Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda y tranquila, ya que estaba en un barrio bastante cercano a los principales puntos de la ciudad, pero que a su vez era muy tranquilo y con un ambiente seguro. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, además Andree nos dejó un mapa para poder guiarnos por la zona. La comunicación con Andree fue sencilla y cómo y en todo momento nos puso facilidades para poder dejar el equipaje el día en que nos íbamos de la ciudad. Sin dudad recomendaría el alojamiento a mis allegados. Muchas gracias Andree.

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Un séjour très agréable, dans un endroit très calme, avec beaucoup de lieux naturels et historiques à visiter: les plages, le delta du Pô et ses nombreuses réserves, Rimini, Comacchio et même Venise... À noter que la literie est particulièrement confortable dans une maison agréable et propre où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Tiziana, même sans l'avoir vue nous pouvons le dire, est une personne très sympathique, une hôtesse parfaite.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

L'appartamento di Pietro si trova in campagna in una zona molto tranquilla. È facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada anche se consiglio di farsi inviare la posizione esatta da Pietro perché non tutti i GPS potrebbero dare le indicazioni giuste e le indicazioni ottenute tramite l'app di airbnb non erano corrette. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole.

Un alojamiento precioso con vistas a un canal, la zona es muy tranquila y acogedora. A 10 minutos andando de la plaza San Marco o Puente Rialto. Carlo es muy amable, atento y siempre está pendiente.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Very good place for a family of 5+, plenty of rooms and beds. Very clean and Diego is very quick to respond to any questions or troubles. I highly recommend it!

Our stay in Venice was a great pleasure. Of course, the city is just marvelous. And Jess‘ apartment added to a great experience. It is located in the middle of the city close to Mercato Rialto - and very quiet at the same time. Jess provided us with useful information and was always available when we had a question. The apartment is lovely with everything you need. And the terrace is just a blast. To have breakfast in the sun end of october before heading out into the city - that was extra nice. We would return anytime and highly recommend Jess‘ Domus Croce.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

The apartment is beautiful - full of antiques and stylishly furnished with a rainfall shower and brand new kitchen with everything you need. We had breakfast on the small terrace and sundowners on the huge roof terrace with stunning views of the city. We have been coming to Venice for 18 years and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It’s our second time here and we will be back again later in the year!

Wonderfull host. Markus was available 24/7 for support. Very nice property in quite place near beach.
