Beautiful house in a great location. An oasis with calm and sense of space away from the intensity of Venice. The house is in a residential part of Lido, 3 min bike ride or 12 min walk from the heart of Lido or the ferry to Venise. It is well appointed with newly renovated bathrooms. Simonetta has been welcoming, very responsive and a great source for local restaurants, water taxi, etc… her passion for this area shows. We spent 2 weeks and had a great time, balancing activities in Venice, bike rides along the beach in Lido and chill down time at the house.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

Posizione perfetta, neanche 10 min in macchina dal mare e 15 in bicicletta. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati benissimo in tranquillità immersi nel verde come piace a noi. La signora De Luca è stata sempre più che disponibile alle nostre richieste e molto gentile. Ci mancherà svegliarci e vedere il panorama e anche l’assenza di rumori che ormai caratterizzano sempre più parti del territorio. Il loft è molto spazioso e confortevole, la mia parte preferita ovviamente il grande terrazzo con vista sui campi e giardino stupendo

Anzitutto Elisa si è dimostrata un host eccellente: è stata molto disponibile, precisa, attenta, sempre presente e amichevole! L’appartamento è situato nel centro di Chioggia, a due passi dal corso principale. La zona cucina è grande, ben organizzata e pulitissima. Ci sono 2 camere da letto spaziose, ben arredate e con letti comodi. La wifi e l’aria condizionata funzionano benissimo. Abbiamo utilizzato le biciclette a disposizione per spostarci nella meravigliosa cittadina di Chioggia! Anche le comunicazioni da parte di Bookply sono sempre state precise e puntuali. Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone ed abbiamo alloggiato in Ca’ Greta comodamente! Ci teniamo a ringraziare ancora Elisa per la sua professionalità e affabilità. 10 e lode!

Wow! Wir haben die Unterkunft eigentlich nur für einen Zwischenstopp unseres Roadtrips gebucht, waren aber total begeistert. Der Spa Bereich ist super entspannend und einladend. Die Suite war gemütlich, sauber und groß. Der Host sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade dass wir nur so kurz hier waren. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! :) Gäbe es mehrere Sterne, würde ich mehr als 5 geben :)

Tivemos uma experiência incrível na hospedagem! O apartamento era exatamente como nas fotos, limpo, confortável e bem localizado. O anfitrião excepcional, sempre rápido em responder às nossas perguntas e nos fornecer dicas valiosas sobre a cidade. A comunicação foi fácil e clara, e o check-in/check-out foi muito simples. Recomendamos essa hospedagem para todos que procuram um lugar acolhedor e bem situado. Obrigado por tudo!

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Das Haus hat uns auf Anhieb gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Die Terrasse sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mattia war durchweg gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
